But I'll defer to RB's judgement here - this is his sandbox we're all playing in.
There's a LOS tool somewhere that can be downloaded. If we can find SuperGENE's comprehensive rulebook all the LOS angles are in there, too.
The way I see it, LOS passes through squares K4, L4, M5, N5, O6 & P6. None of these squares is occupied nor is there any blocking terrain along this path. Batgirl doesn't have stealth.
If I can find any of that reference I mentioned I'll post a link here.

ag! You're right. LOS crosses Robin's square & I think it nicks the wall next to Deadshot, too. oh, the humanity! I shouldn't have been so greedy & went for Robin instead.
In addition to the above squares I'm crossing K3, M4, N6 & P7.
Well, I'll leave my guys where I left them @ the and of this move & Batgirl is resurrected! Hope that perplex of hers doesn't bite me in the @$$!
Your move, fut_baller, & last round. Make it good!

I didn't even read the whole thing yet but Robin definitely doesn't have LOS to Deadshot. His LOS crosses the the wall right next to Robin and the wall right next to Deadshot as well.
What I was saying earlier about Deadshot's LOS was that it crossed the square OCCUPIED by Robin. You cannot draw a line from the center of one square to the center of the other w/o crossing walls.
LMK if you'd like to change the move - I'd like to get my move in tonight!

Bummer, I see you've just logged off. Let me know how you want to play this & I'll finish - it will probably have to be tomorrow night.

Riddler & Joker perplex Deadshot's damage from a 2 to a 4.
Bane moves to J2.
Deadshot R/S to K3 & takes shot @ Robin. 10AV (BE ability / Bane) vs 16Def. Dice roll is 2 & 4 for 6 & Robin is KO'd.
Joker experiences deja vu by proxy.

That's game! I had fun playing this team. I haven't decided for myself yet whether or not it was because of the way things turned out.
Bane's relatively high & the Batman Enemy ability proved integral to a lot of successful attacks. f_b & oog were definitely hurt by being at seperate sides of the map. I focused my attacks primarily on oog's team at first for a great # of reasons:
1) Starfire's range, R/S & RCE made her a huge threat. Hawk's click(s?) of Charge could have been a problem too.
2) Raven's support & the Titans team ability. I didn't want one click of damage to go to waste!
3) Their lack of stealth. I did not want to mess with the Bat Boys, especially since I would have been tied up with them while the Titans would have been making ranged pot-shots at me from behind! Splitting up my forces would have hurt me big-time!
4) Once I took out or crippled one, I knew I'd be able to concentrate on the other, pitting my 4 actions against his 2.
Regrets:
Killer Croc: I'm not sure it would represent him any better, but how much better he would be with Super Stength FIRST, then B/C/F. I mean, what's the point of being able to pick up an object after I'm already in base contact with an opposing figure? His low movement prevented me from getting him into the fight later in the game. Sometime around round 10 I was going to give Batman the bum's rush only to realize Bane was the only one that could have gotten to him.
Scarecrow: By the time I could have gotten out of that room it was too late. His E/W would have been much more usefull against the toughness all over the Titans' dials, not Batman's crew's Willpower & C/R.
That light object I left in G5 & having several figures in hindering terrain: Really hampered my movements when it came to the Bat.
Penguin: just hanging in a room for no reason.
Early loss of thugs: I was hoping to get more use out of Mastermind simply because I never use it. Penguin, Two-Face & Joker all have it but Batman could have Outwitted it too easy. Now HERE'S a winning combo for that upcoming Fortitude card! Not necessarily with these figures but Mastermind that can't be Outwitted? Helloooo, Dr. Doom (next time I play villains - not in the next issues but the one(s) after that - can I play Minions? Can I? Can I?)!
That LOS issue in the first round: TOTALLY my fault! Wish I had seen it. I would have taken out Robin in the 14th & maybe popped Batgirl in the 15th (my plan was to do vica versa). Don't believe I didn't notice that Ivy was right out there once Batman moved forward. I didn't even see it until she was gone! So glad I asked you to redo your move.
RELATED QUESTION REGARDING LOS & PbP ETTIQUETTE: I didn't mind just leaving things as they were after my flub in the 14th. LOS issues happen to everyone at some time or another. Had I been at home I would have changed things as I mentioned above but I didn't see keeping you hanging until now for me to remake my moves - especially since Joker and the gang are throw-aways for me (no IAP earned & I'm not fielding them in another game in a wounded capacity). Had this been my upcoming JSA game, I would have felt differently.
So, basically - would it be considered fair of me to request a "do-over" in such a situation provided I'm not making a habit of it & don't keep my opponent waiting too long?

As far as the whole PBP etiquette is concerned it really depends on your opponent. If you were playing an actual game would your opponent mind? just think of that way. While I do not normally care unless it leads to something of cataclysmic proportions, your opponent might disagree at the slightest inkling of you making your move in hindsight. One or two instances is not bad just do not make it a habit and you should be okay.
P.S. WakandaMan I dont know if you are reading this but I think you should run another INF Gauntlet scenario. I had a blast last time clearing out the heroes with Boomernag, Dr Doom and MorgaN Lefay, even though we did not win....stoopid Super Skrull...
