Finally electricity restored in my area ...back on track, guys may question ako. Yung Transporter Move and Attack, can the character also carry another fig while using this power?

Also when counting hindering terrain as a modifier for Ranged Attacks, do you count each square it passes and add +1 to the defense of the target for EACH square it passes or just +1 for all squares. (Or hindi pwede may Ranged attack at all?)

RCE is a power action transporter attack is also a power action. You can only give either one of the two power actions to the character and not both.

Db RCE goes this way: Give the character a power action it may make a ranged combat attack against a single target, etc... + 2 to its damage value... If either Psychic blast or RCE can be used with that then Moonstar Vet would be an excellent Transporter, alas that is not the case
