ooh yeah, this guy with a complete gauntlet giving him a better version of Power Cosmic for 278 points + LG v Spoiler for 22 running interference just gave me an easy 300-point victory.

The Infinity Gauntlet just made him even better, and I'm sure the Utility Belt will do the same, but Ultra Heavy Objects just made this guy insane. Running 2 Ultra Heavies and one Light, TK him, move to pick up 2 Ultra Heavies and base a beefy target. Next turn, Flurry for a potential 16 damage! If he has the Gauntlet equipped, any single click of the Gauntlet with all gems attached will benefit him greatly. I'm thinking about trading in my White Lantern Hal to be able to afford him. Just sick.

played him, with a full gauntlet and two tank turrets alongside SR Thanos and r Destiny against 600-point Galactus on the Negative Zone Prison map. Took down Big G' and his SI Namor herald in 4 turns. On my second turn Supes charge/flurried Galactus for 16 damage, while Thanos struggled with Namor.
On my third turn Supes flurried Galactus for another 10 damage KO'ing him, which made Thanos able to take out Namor easily. Fun was had by all. Or.. Me.

How did you play with two tank turrets, it is a specail object, and you can only have one specail object with that name on your force by the rules. cannot play two of the same gems, or lanterns, nor two tank turrets

No. You are wrong. Tank turrets aren't special objects, they're ultra heavy objects (purple ring, not blue), which according to the rules count as standard heavy objects for object rules purposes, allowing me two tank turrets and a standard light object as my three objects. I suggest you read the rules on objects again.

Tank turrets have the specail object symbol on the card......you know the little gear, that makes them a specail object.In the rule book of 2012, any object marked with a gear symbol is a specail object. I suggest you look at the rules section under Tactics in the rule book

You, sir, are right - I completely forgot that an object can be BOTH a light/heavy/ultra-heavy and a special object simultaneously. It does not, however change the outcome of the game, as I would just have used a standard heavy instead, the -1 difference in damage output being made up by the superfluous amount of damage by my third turn.

I just got this guy with some tax return money. I put repulsor shield and the Gauntlet on him. Needless to say He worked wonders, like taking out two characters second turn, and never taking damage. Btw it was a 400 point team vs Sup's 353 team.

Another terrific dial with a terrible sculpt on it. Poopy looking pants again, and you pay 100 USD for it. KC Superman unleashed is way more epic, legendary and beautiful to see, and it is waaaay much older.

Why are you hating on the Crisis chase sculpts? They look great.

Hey hehehe, I do not hate anybody or anything for the record. I just think that the reason why this piece is so expensive is mostly for the dial rather than the sculpt. I'd suggest they could have done a much better job. Facial expression is horrible, body does not appear 'massive' as a superman sculpt should be. On the contrary, Supes KC unleashed is just a pure piece of artwork opposite to this, and it is 8 years older. I would not pay 100 USD for this figure, but again this is my personal opinion, do not want to impose this on anybody. Cheers!

I suppose that's fair. The main reason he's so valuable though, I think, is because he really just very, very rare.

Just used him the other day. Still impressed. Tked him out and hit sentroid for 14. He took a long nap:)
