Judging by the Iron Patriot sculpt, does this mean we will be getting more "static" sculpts like Fire & Ice in Web of Spider-man? It's not a huge deal, I just like sculpts more when they can be a bit more dynamic like Man of Steel or Flash/Green Lantern for examples.

I took the static sculpt to indicate he was probably a common or uncommon.
It's directly from the issue where Norman introduced the Dark Avengers and struck that pose. Yeah, a less static pose would have possibly looked cool. But it'll look cool if you field the whole team like this. For those people who like doing comic teams.

I think the static sculpt is the common. That way you can always use the AE feature with Norman. However, those lucky enough to pull a super rare Green Goblin get to AE into something a little more special!

So Doc is a SR, Green Goblin is a SR, Norman is an Uncommon...interesting.
CarlosMucha: that is like be running in a Olimpic race competition just one step to get the gold and then a Giant children place a mirror in your side and you discover what you are really a hamster over a whell and the gold is just a slice of chess. Avatar Summoning: Original GotG, Melter, Whiplash
All of this excitement from 7 little pictures on a picture of a poster. (I don't count the Iron Man / War Machine duo. We already saw that and that is just a 3D picture anyway.) Can you imagine once we see actual sculpts with actual dials?!?!?!
Order now, kiddos - this one is gonna go fast!

Now my question is will the buildings be part of the Brick figure spidy? if so would spidy himself would look to small. Therefore i can conclude that the Brick fig will deffinately be a 2X2 base, and obviously have 4 different special powers

Oh man, if they made them all in static poses just so they could look like they were standing in one panel of a comic (giving a press conference), that would not be cool...it would be lame. There aren't a lot of press conferences in Heroclix, so the figures shouldn't look like they're giving one, comic panel or no comic panel.
