Indy clix are certainly more hit or miss than Marvel or DC, as far as including pieces people want.

Looking through lists, I alternate between "GIVE THEM TO ME!!!! NOW!!!" and "myeh, who?"

The trick is probably to spread a REALLY big net as far as licenses go, and hope people like enough of the set to purchase the whole thing.

Doing just 2000AD, or Wildstorm is probably asking for disaster...

Yes, because Google telling me who someone is means I'll want to buy a set that includes them

But it just goes back to what I was saying about the wide net. If a set has 10 licenses, and I like 5 of them, I'll collect the set.

You know some of my interest in Indy is actually Marvel's fault.

There was an issue I read in which Spideyman tangles with Gnatman and Rotten which was obvious but the next story had Ironed Man attempting to cope with Magnut Robot Biter and the third story had Knock Furious meeting a parody of the T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents. I can't remember what their gag names were.

This made me curious about the characters they were parodying. Now I want to team Iron Man with Magnus and S.H.I.E.L.D. with the T.H.U.N.D.E.R. agents.

Of course this was back when Marvel wasn't run by churlish nitwits like Joe Quesada and they were capable of having good natured fun with their rivals.

I didn't say I wanted a Wildstorm set. I said there enough characters to do a whole set. I was just seeing if you could build a whole set with just using Wildstorm characters

DC Seem to be even worse.

Just look at how Twisted Toyfare Theater had to drop the DC gags, but Marvel seem fine with it.

I like to see a heroclix of Supreme.

You could and I want them, and I don't even read Wildstorm books.
