I'm going to assume that the chases will all be Superman's? Hopefully a Red Son??
I'm digging that Wonder Woman! I guess I was out of the loop, I didn't know Flashpoint as part of the Superman set. I'm curious to see what Project Superman's dial will look like.
Just to add some positive comments, here are the figures that I'm looking forward to:
Kryptonian Soldier (to use as super-powered henchmen)
Brainiac 5 (I'm not a big loSH fan and I wasn't overwhelmed by his dial, but I do like to field the team from time to time and "Brainy" is too big a part of the team to not pick up a version.)
Gangbuster (I'm a sucker for obscure/off-beat characters)
Livewire (Need more Superman villains to actually make a team.)
Mercy Graves (Need some thematic Mastermind fodder for my JL Lex.)
Element Woman (See my Gangbuster comment.)
Superboy (Yeah, I was a teen in the 90s )
Steel (Mostly because I never got a vet Steel from Origin.)
Human Target (See my Element Woman comment.)
Matter Eater Lad (See my Human Target comment.)
Parasite (A solid Superman foe who looks fun to play.)
Silver Banshee (Another Superman foe and one I've always had a soft spot for. Can't wait to play her with Ghost Widow.)
Hope Taya (See my Mercy comment.)
Lobo with Dawg (Too frakin' bad to ignore.)
Swamp Thing (Alan Moore.)
Intergang Underboss & Bruno Mannheim (I would be excited about, IF we also got some basic Intergang lackeys. I'm not about to go hunt down the old lackluster Hypertime ones; they were pretty pathetic even when that set was new.)
Although, despite my affection for off-beat characters, I rarely play them (I love Cave Carson, but I've only used him twice). I'd MUCH rather have "thematic" characters. So while I'm looking forward to Element Woman and Human Target, I'd still have rather seen those slots go to Jimmy Olsen and Guardian.
from anonym0use:
"All I can say about Jimmy Olsen is, if Jimmy Olsen is not in this set, then this is the WORST SUPERMAN THEME SET EVER."

Sorry WK, All-Star Superman is not and cannot be the definitive Superman. Only the chases/LEs can save this set now.
Honestly, I feel like this set has one too many sub-themes. Personally, I wish they had not included the Flashpoint sub-theme and instead rounded the set out with more classic Superman/Action Comics characters (Krypto, Brainiac, Mxyzptlk, Atomic Skull.) Excuse the pun, but Flashpoint was a flash in the pan. It was 3-month event, and it is now over. I don't know that it needed characters immortalized in clix form. Don't get me wrong. I always want more characters, not less. But, I think theme consistency is important.
One reason I really enjoyed the Captain America set was because there were only a few key themes, and all of the themes related to each other very well. The themes of Captain America/Shield/Hydra/Secret Warriors all make sense together. I feel like All-Star Superman, Reign of Supermen, LOSH, New Krypton, New Gods, and Intergang all make sense together. However, Flashpoint is out of left field. It was only included because it's the new hotness. Flashpoint being in a Superman set would be like including Fear Itself characters into the CA set. More characters are cool, but it dilutes the set's theme.
Why the hell is Barry Allen an SR AGAIN? Seriously - why?
Also:
No standard Lois
No Jimmy Olsen
No Mon-El
No Krypto
These are all really weird omissions.
Try no regular DC Universe Superman in a Superman set.
And no Krypto, Mon-El, Mister Mxyzptlk, Jimmy Olsen, regular Lois, regular Lex, regular Brainiac, or the New Gods like Mister Miracle, Orion, etc.....IN A SUPERMAN SET.
The most surprising omission has to be Mon-El IMO. He falls under two of the themes of the set, WTH WK!?!?
I doubt he will be a chase because those slots are probably reserved for Supermen.
My guess for the chases would be:
1. Son of Darkseid Superman
2. Red Son Superman
3. Kingdom Come Superman w/ Justice Society keyword (it will be crazy if he isn't in it considering we got both versions of Magog)
4. Ultraman
Didn't include Batman Beyond Superman because I am almost 100% sure he will be the unique sculpt in the OP. His pic on the side of the booster has text referring to prize support both above him and below him.

Great post. I really had a hard time with Timandita's Pump/Dump thread because I really, really like a lot of the characters in this set. If anything, I want a bigger set. Like a Gravity Feed set would have completely helped me by removing the doubles (Starman, Magog, Max) and giving us more options.
I am greatly looking forward to the Fast Forces.
