I'm surprised so few people have mentioned his Avatar of Death trait which, single-handedly, turns off Steal Energy, Support, Regeneration, Fantastic Four/Titans/X-men TAs, and SPs and traits like on the Black Lanterns, Phoenix, Manchester Black, White Tiger, and others. It is a little too bad: I'd like to team him with the Horseman of Apocalypse, but a lot of them have Steal Energy or Regeneration. Oh, well, I might be comforted with the fact that everyone would get stat bonuses whenever someone died. Lets not forget Archangel can have a 15 movement (Running Shot or Transporter), 14 attack Psychic Blast, 20 Defense Energy Deflection, 6 damage with a 9 range. Plus he could taxi Thanos around.

check the units section for SuperNova and look at Thanos there too.
trust me, he deserves the AV.

I don't know about this one. The Supernova Thanos has some definite advantages over this one, for 33 points less too.

But the new Thanos does also have some advantages over the Supernova one. But for 33 points more? That leaves room for a couple of good feat cards on the old Supernova version.

I think I will stick with the Thanos from Supernova.
