Honestly, that's comic accurate. Once someone got into the Watchtower, she had to handle that first.
Yes, but comic accuracy aside, how is this still a 73-point figure?

They probably should have used both JLA and Justice League for the qualifiers. "Justice League" would need to be included, since at this juncture, I doubt we'll see "JLA" assigned as a keyword again.

It's good that they're merging the Justice League, Justice League of America and JLA keywords into one. Making Justice League theme teams will no longer be difficult.

I don't really care. Without the Siicide Squad keyword, I'm probably never going to play it. Well, maybe with BoP, if we actually get enough pieces to play it in Modern.
The far more interesting question is why this piece necessitated errata to ICWO. There was nothing game-breaking here for agents to copy, and I'm not sure they could have copied her powers anyway, given how the special power was worded.
Waller KOs: AA Robin, Kid Devil, Joker, Question; AW E Cap; FCBD Iron Man; Miracle/Oberon; John Stewart x2, Iron Patriot; Shatterstar; IH Herc; CW Photon & Nitro; FF Nite Owl; 10An R Thor, E Iron Man, Weapon X; FF Kilowog; Hugo Strange; Calender Man; Legion Cosmic Boy & Lightning Lad, LE Pete Wisdom

I'll repeat...with Suicide Squad as one of the qualifying keywords, this figure would see play, despite the cost, on my teams...because that feels like a Suicide Squad power...but the new Oracle dial simply isn't useful enough without being able to channel. There are a handful of 'Justice League' keyword characters who served with the Suicide Squad, but almost none (if any) that were on the force when Oracle was a factor.
Not so sure she'd think of becoming Oracle as a "Battlefield Promotion." Considering that sick and twisted Joker storyline that got her in that wheelchair. Brutal ...

I'm not a fan of this Oracle. I don't see why her special power requires a power action considering how expensive she is, they should have just made it so that Oracle could use only one of the three powers per turn. At worse made it so it requires a power action to choose the power, and she keeps it until she changes it again (and that would be a nod back to the feat)
It's not like her trait makes her overpowered as it's far less abusive than the Professor X version from GSX.

I think you're getting at the problem; they were trying to make it like old version, but fundamentally misunderstood why it was overpowered and erred too far in the other direction.

Just sayin' Golden Age. Put her on the ICwO card. Give Agents Willpower or Combat Reflexes (and Outwit, PC, or Perplex)
"When the going gets weird, the weird go pro." - Hunter S. Thompson"
"Victim? Victim? Do you think this letter on my chest stands for AMERICA?" - you have been getting insulted by nextwave.
For those who are objecting to Combat Reflees on Oracle, read Birds of Prey: Blood and Circuits and Dead of Winter where Oracle takes on the fully mobile Spy Smasher and holds up well. Hell, just read any of the Gail Simone Birds of Prey. They're all cool.
I'm OK with Oracle. Not all of us have the bank balance to shell out for the old Legacy one and are happy to have one which will be nice and cheap. Thanks for your comments which will surely drive the price down for me. :-)
