one question: when has any batmobile (aside perhaps from the bat-tank) ever carried more than its driver (usually Bats himself) and ONE passenger? it may reduce utility for carrying people, but then, if I rly want to haul 3-4 people around, I'd take a vehicle that's actually bigger... or a Green Lantern. I could see more than 2 for the Bug, maybe Dianna's jet, and certainly for Brainiac's Skull Ship... but... no, not the batmobile. that could've brought the point cost down to the ballpark of around 100 points for the piloted mode, perhaps, and 50 for the auto pilot? more cost efficient, at least t me
"A" is "A". And no matter what universe he's from, Luthor... is Luthor.
I find myself completely underwhelmed by this. 119 points (piloted) for this figure would be fine... if it was a double base. But 2x3? It's a massive target. Starting toughness, a nine attack, zero range? Yuck. The Batmobile should have at least starting Invulnerability, a 10 attack and a little bit of range.
There are decent things about the piece and it is good for its points, but I expected a little more.
And I am going to laugh when I see Cyborg Superman or a character with Nanobots use a wrecked vehicle to heal up.
but since that dosnt work ill just get monkey joe to ram it into buildings!
Oh my God. The vehicle mechanic might just breathe new life into bystanders! Don't want that Batman to leave the field just to drive the Batmobile? Just play the old Alfred pog and have him do it!
*EDIT* Holy crap. I just realized: World's Finest can pilot the Batmobile and this would give the Batmobile a 13 movement, 13 attack, 19 defense, 5 damage and 9 range!

i would have been fine with energy shield/deflection if it had been some kind of force field, but no, this is because of armoured plates!
seriously all vehicles should have had terribly low defence values and damage reducers over long dials, not combat reflexes!
i'm guessing the threat detection system involves a pair boxing gloves extending from behind the headlights!
and stealth! what on earth is that about!?!?!? i mean come on wizkids, its a car!!!! you dont have to give it a team ability! shape change covers that base with its holo-fields, to have it hiding in a bush is just silly! but given the number of people wanting to know if a collosal can pilot the thing, i guess thats the corner of the market you were trying to cater for
a lot of my local gaming group joke that you cant apply logic to heroclix... this is rapidly becoming fact rather than the bad joke it started as.
here's to hoping the police cars (the only vehicle i'm interested in) have plain dials with nothing but silver/orange defences, because i'd really hate for them to turn out as non-sensicle as this one.
Its good. Just how good? Hard to say, but auto-pilot seems the best deal. Plus. Its new mechanics. Collectable/Living Games -need- new ideas or they die. Period. And the fact it gets any power is fine. Because all powers are, really, are math. If you cant be creative enough to justify it dont bother. Remember this is a mini game in which a Crime Lord can "pay off" Superman to kill his allies. Or maybe we should just assume the local neck beards house rule that? Just play a different game or maybe suck it up and try and have fun for the love of Cheezus Crust, our pizza christ, who shed his sauce for all our sins.
