Iron Fist began his own campaign to try to locate and eliminate the Kobra leader. He'd become appalled by the state of the Kobra fanatics and their blind devotion to their clearly evil leader.

Daredevil, Moon Knight, Spiderman, and the Black Cat were all with him and everyone of the aforementioned intensified their search for the leader of the Kobra cult.

The Battle outside of Star City was winding down. The X-Men had the Omacs number and had liberated many hapess Omac victims from their shells. Despero soon realized what Mongul learned earlier and decided he couldn't beat the Hulk alone.

The four supervillains decided not to try it again without backup from Sinestro. They fled the Earth.

After that the heroes managed to subdue all the rest of the Omacs.

Day 29: Noon; near Toronto on an alternate Earth in an alternate reality.

Tatsu Yamashiro; Aka Katana of the Outsiders, was very determined. The true leader of the Outsiders, the Batman, had been missing for almost a month. Katana felt honor bound to bring Batman back.


She'd discussed this with Black Lightning and Metamorpho. They understood but argued that Batman would want them to concentrate on his original directives.

Superman would solve Batman's disappearance, Katana just needed to give Supes time.

Katana didn't buy that and went out to vent her frustration. This led to her own encounter with a rift in reality.

Dr. Psycho glared at the Toronto skyline.

He didn't belong here! He was just on the verge of dominating the entire Amazon nation in the absence of his foe, Wonder Woman!

He was a rolling ball of angry frustration. Mere moments away from subjugating the entire Amazon race upon Themiscyra and he was thwarted by this --- this kidnapping. He fell into a rage.

Katana arrived to be confronted with a an angry raging misogynist sociopath.

When Dr. Psycho laid eyes on Katana he began to try to manipulate her with his mind powers.

She stopped short to assess the situation.

She'd seen Dr. Psycho's file.

She willed herself to resist him.

Katana's training; coupled with English not being her first language, saved her from Dr. Psycho.

It took little for her to subdue him while he continued to rage.

Shield showed up accompanied by Alpha Flight along with Robin and the Huntress.

Dr. Mid-Nite was reunited with the missing JSA in Central City. He was welcomed warmly by his teammates.

Eventually he was introduced to Doc Samson who had become an honorary JSA member due to all his help since so many of them had been taken. The two got on perfectly.

The Midnight Rambler payed a visit to Owlman in his cell.

"Don't worry, you won't be here long. Your teammates have roles to play for my master's entertainment then you'll be reunited I promise. With that the Midnight Rambler disappeared.

The Owlman shrugged. he didn't know what to think or who to trust. the latter was actually moot as he didn't trust anyone.

Batman arrived and took charge of Owlman. Cameron Chase argued against the release. She was overuled by Nick Fury and Mr. Terrific.

Batman's reasons about Owlman was that his secret identity was too close to Bruce Wayne's for it to be feasible for Batman to allow Owlman to be unmasked. Owlman was snickering over Batman's dilemma as he knew exactly why Batman had taken charge of his custody.

Batman had no other choice but to keep Owlman incarcerated in the Batcave. He was definitely going to be hampered by having to guard someone as clever as Owlman was.

The Teen Titans decided to remain in Star City and help protect it. The Hulk and Hellcat joined the X-Men to travel to Midway City to deal with Omac problems there.

Dr. Psycho was taken into custody while Katana was taken to the facility to be debriefed by Nick Fury, Cameron Chase and Mr. Terrific.

After Katana was debriefed and she'd learned about the status of Tokyo she requested that she be taken to the city to help with it's adjusting to the new status it was faced with.

Reassured now that she knew what had happened to Batman and so many others and resigned to living in a strange new reality until someone found a way to return them all, she set out in a Shield transport for Tokyo.

Dr. Psycho seethed in his cell. He hated women. His misogyny was unparallelled. His ego took a terrible blow when the woman called Katana resisted his powers.

Using his telepathy, he probed the minds of the other prisoners and learned their were two Hyenas locked up along with two other villains, Harpoon and Arclight.

He wondered how he was going to get out.

The Crimson Avenger was so grateful that she was no longer forced to obey her curse. She explained that she would be available whenever the mystics needed her but wanted to go to Capital City and aid the JSA.

There wasn't an exit into Capital City from the Oblivion Bar so she took the Central City exit which was closest to Capital City. From there she would go on to the JSA headquarters.
