It reads like a PGO, the kill, but...

Yeah, I'm now where kontrol is after reading all that. I do remember previous mafias where the mafia kill was actually MC'ing someone into a limited PGO or the like, but that seems a little exotic here.

So the Paranoid Gun Owner in question is actually flavored as someone who is being mind controlled as part of the Mafia against their will, or...?

Or they turned our british electrical wielding woman into a PGO....yeah, I am bit confused by this but don't want to get into the weeds.

Well, no, the way it worked in the one game I remember was something like this:

Player A is a mind controller. Player B is a limited PGO, who only kills people misdirected into him. So player A mind controls the victim to target player B, and boom, there's a kill.

I want to say that was an actual Serial Killer tag team... now that I think about it, I think I played it in Princess Bride mafia, WAY back in the day.

that's a very complicated order...she could just be the PGO and Link targeted her and we had a JKed/RBed kill or a successful doctoring.

Well, just saying that Darq DID do it before, is all. I should know, he made me the guinea pig (or ROUS's) in that game.

my thought was it was just a normal kill written to look like a PGO, nothing so exotic as what mal was suggesting.

But if the Mafia were to actually weaponize the PGO, wouldn't that require they actually know who the PGO is?

Also, this could simply be a normal kill, and the victim just happened to be targeting the killer. (happens on occasion).

Oh, it probably is, but I like speculating. Plus I've been on a retro kick and looking at older games.

I mean, I have nothing to indicate that it was an exotic SK-duo, but why not throw out options, as that does read like a PGO kill.

I guess she is kinda "PGO" ish as well, in term of personality. Could fit.
