It's funny - the combination of firewall/adblocking stuff I have at work not only kills the add, but also aligns the posts correctly. At home I still have a space for the ad, but no ad.

I cannot use Realms at work with out me being a donor. It sets off all kinds of A/V & Malware alarms. Those alarms generate emails to me and the NetAdmin, and I do not need that kind of trouble.

noscript should alleviate that a bit

If a figure with HSS misses it's breakaway roll, can it still attack?

If a flyer with HSS (or charge) attacks a figure on a different elevation, does the attack have to be made from a square on the same elevation?

nope - you attack while you are moving so if you fail to break away you fail to move so no attack.

Specifically he is wrong about the Leap/Climb part. The second part of Leap/Climb (attacking regardless of elevation) only applies when the character is given a close combat action. That isn't happening here.
