im thinking Warren Worthington III sux. his stats are lame compared to his cost. 12 mov w/running shot is great, double incap. with 6 range is great, but the point cost hurts too much. for nearly a third of your team you get a 9 av with 15 defense and 2 damage and only one click of ES/D. Can't push him. Can't get him in range of anyone with and AV over 9 without knowing he's gonna get raped. I will take Adrian Toomes or Deathbird anyday. If he were about 50 - 60 points then he would be playable. Also Defenders would have been nice too.
Oh well. Kraven is great, little costly too though. The LE Corsair looks great though. Great sculpt, great powers and everything.
LE Moloid - why waste the points unless youre doing a Moleman Army.
but thats enough from me
go here only if you are not a child, act like a child or take offense at anything funny:
First, I like the Angel character for the most part (at least the one that was raound back when I was reading).
So now, ol Warren has healing blood. So what! Now, as I said, I haven't read the comics lately, but when was the last time the X-Men brought their blood transfusion machine into a combat situation......?
Wow... Corsair and Val-Or kinda blow, but both of the Marquee prizes are just obscene! 12-square running shot with two-bolt Incap? Stealth, Toughness, 17 defense, and three clicks of Outwit with 3 damage and an 11AV?
The only thing I don’t like about Kraven is that he’s by far the most capable Spider-Man villain we’ve seen. He can tear apart both Spidey’s rogues and any version of Spidey released to date without too much trouble, when... well, it’s KRAVEN. He shouldn’t be more of a threat than Doc Ock or the Green Goblin! I’m sorry, but NO!
Corsair... bleh. The Willpower is nice, but he’s got that stupid two-bolt, one-damage attack with no EE or Incap to justify it. Wizkids has NO excuse for doing that sort of thing anymore, because it’s simply a useless design decision that drives up the price of the fig without doing anything for its utility.

He Just cuts himself and drips the blood on the persons wound - he did it to nightcrawler but it burned him. They got a whole angels and demons storyline going on right now, but other than that, That's how it would work

So......he hurts himself to heal a frien.....sounds like the TA to me......
I'm glad there's an Angel, FINALLY! I concur with most of the complaints. But I would like to make special mention that the V Angel can beat up the E Angel. Absolutely no d*mn way can feathery wings beat up the creation of Apocalypse.
Ought to have been a Unique. No reason for it not to be. And it ought to be similar to Deathbird but add about 15 points of Charge and Battle Fury. I guess this LE version is supposed to represent that ... blecch
~sigh~
Corsair looks nice. Not a huge difference to several other figs though. Kraven is awesome! I'm betting that the REV will be less powerful though. This is probably the Kraven that "killed" Spidey. Hence the incredibly high stats. Shoulda been AE based. Don't care about the Moloid dial, but his sculpt looks absolutely great!!!
About Corsair: Wait a second... if you have two arrows and one damage then you can't just have 1 damage to both? I thought that the whole division thing was only messed up if they had a 0 damage value!
That's dumb.
At least if he misses one of the targets then he can hit the other as a backup.
Through all of these Angel previews, I've noticed something in my calculations.
Rookie X-Men Original Five with Unique Cyclops is 175 exactly. Rookie X-Men Original Five with rookie Cyclops, no Unique is 191. With LE Bobby Drake, it's 200 (Which I'm guessing is not LE Hank McCoy [which to me is an Avenger] era X-Men).
I have a unique Cyclops, so I'll probably play them with a Professor X of some sort in a themed game with some friends.
All-Veteran Original X-Men is 323, sadly. Not the team that they used to be.
Corsair is an eminently playable piece for only 39 points. I also hope for Havok (although he better not be tougher than Cyke, cause Scottie could generally take him in a fight).
Kraven is way too strong. You're telling me he's physically tougher than Wolverine?? He's just a regular human -- willpower would've been more appropriate. Though then he'd be even more of a Deathstroke clone. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that the LE is a Vet+.
The Moloid is enough points to mastermind to the ever popular Vet Vampire Lackey. Other than that, yeah, he's a wuss.
Angel.... sigh. This is clearly the "Jim Lee" X-men Gold Team Archangel. Incapacitate makes sense, because the "feathers" his wings shot out were coated with a paralyzing toxin. But overall, still poorly done, Wizkids. A paint retouching does not an Archangel make.
