I like the basic theme of your idea, Canamrock, but I'd expand upon it. This is what I'd like to see instead (to make it the far-reaching, League of Assassins-level of influence):
Nyssa Raatko Daughter of the Demon's Head
6-cost
League of Assassins Character
12/12 Loyalty.
Concealed - Optional.
You are considered to control Ra's al Ghul.
Each time a non-League of Assassins characters with cost less than or equal to the number of locations you control is stunned, KO that character.
At the beginning of the recovery phase, recover each League of Assassins character with cost less than or equal to the number of locations you control.

Pay 4 endurence -> Search your deck or KO pile for a location and put it face down in your resource row. Use this only power only during the combat phase and only if you control less resources than an opponent.

Yay! then you pay 12 endurance, put 3 locations face down, next turn play Maggedon FTW!
While I like Korinthe's one alot, here's my submission:

Leader: Stun a ready character adjacent to Nyssa Raatko ->If you control 5 or more locations, KO target character an opponent controls if its cost is less than the character you stunned. Use this power only once per turn and only during the combat phase.
Loyalty. Whenever Nyssa Raatko stuns a character you may replace a location you control. If you do, KO that character. Discard Nyssa Raatko> Search your deck for a location card and put it into your hand. Shuffle your deck. Use this ability only if Nyssa Raatko is in your hand, and only if you control a League of Assassins character.
i honestly suggest sending in near broken cards because #1 if its a terrible card such as

no1 is gonna play league just cus she was made :/. and ko effects are pretty bad on 6 drop because if you are somehow on turn 6 to begin with chances are the game ends on 6 and koing doesnt do crap. ESPECIALLY in the form the card above represents.
i like the card that let you discard her from hand to search for location that is pretty nice since then theres 12 cards that help you hit your curve 1 of which is also your 6. since im to tired to think of a really good effect ill just say cananrocks idea is prob the best i've seen so far since its like the only 1 that actually makes her a huge threat while on the board just like bastion. and no matter how "broken" it seems thats what 6 drops need to be in ordered to get played in current format. 12/13s with effects that are there but dont really effect the game that much arnt what we should be looking for.
