Yes, the deck was not good. I admitted as much at the end of my article. The thing with these articles is that all the decks were built just after MVL came out and with no testing or tweaking. To build, adequately test, tweak and refine all eight decks would have taken more time than I have. So I went through the cardlists, built my first draft decks and moved on with the games. Also, if you read the start of the article, I spend some time explaining just why I would not considering making a Moloids deck as a legend deck. As for possible errors or omissions in the match reports – unfortunately I did not have the usual tournament coverage luxury of a third person to report on the match as it went along, so I had to make notes as we played and type it up afterwards. This may mean there is an error or two over the seven matches. Sorry, but I’m not perfect. Thanks for the feedback.

Everyone's going to keep reading, and regardless of how you built the decks there would be naysayers (like me).

Overall, I'm very much enjoying reading the matches as they unfold, regardless of what cardboard is on either side.

Also, seeing a-typical decks built helps me see interactions I would otherwise have missed.

Yeah but the other support has to be leaning towards one character in particular. For example if it is leaning towards thing/mr.fantastico then I will vote Mags, but invisible woman/human torch could be a challenge for him.

EDIT: I friggin hate this keyboard, normally the backspace, enter and shift buttons are larger than usual. But not on this bastard, it has hot keys for the microsoft calculator but and unreasonaly sized other buttons. I hate it.

B-Hood are strong, and with decent KO effects (which I can only assume were used) it keeps the family unit from being so easy to keep around.

The F4 deck is Family of Four/Four Freedoms Plaza type build.

I remember a fan4 deck I called 'toys not meant for children,' with flamethrowers, advanced hardwares, would constantly underdrop if that meant I could get the 4 family members out. Marvel's First Family was a sick plot twist with the fantasticars, antarctic research base, unstable molecules, salvage ... often my 1-drop would be the size of a 4-drop, so it wouldn'tve mattered that I underdropped. 4 freedom plaza was the shiz-nitz. [/memory lane]
