Hump is going to pull a Rick James at the CC, and some player is going to have an imprint of a Magic HOF ring in their forehead.

Hmmmmm, hmmmm, hmmm, ho, hum.....not nervous here at all, I'm sure there will be no Savage Beatdown associated with this event, no one at Cult has ever said a cross word about UDE, ho hum or Vs management, I'm sure this will be an Acewolf Style Vs. love fest.

Maybe this would be a good time for Kariggi to talk to UDE directly (via the Hump) so he can be convinced that they are doing the most they can with what they have.

I have made a commitment not to actively voice my opinions, or ideas as they relate to advertising, marketting, opperations, or any other facet of vs. other than tournament and game play, though it is possible I am not qualified to speak to those topics either.

In our heated discussion... the intent was never to dissuade you from doing such. Things were hyperboled (as most arguments on the Internet are) but the underlying theme was that we should try to be aware of all sides when making sweeping remarks.

Most of everything you have said in the past is fairly accurate and probably quite helpful to those who read it... I was just having issues with certain things where I let my "dickery powers" loose.

You bring a different perspective than most other people to not only the game but to the marketing aspects and those opinions should not be stifled due to differences with myself or others. I don't think I've ever told you to stop sharing your views... just that sometimes things you say get a little over the top unnecessarily... which I am also guilty of.

I guess in a very roundabout way... I'm also apologizing for our latest war... but if you can't argue with friends... who else is gonna listen to you?

It would be funny if you win our CC for free entry to Cult's which you have to judge at. You are the defending EdgeWorld City Champ after all... I guess you can always pass it down...as they are not PC Points... hehe.

Our discussion helped me realize that I had become far too personally vested in a game. As much time as I spend thinking about it, reading about it, and playing it, it is still supposed to be a game, a form of recreation, and something I do to enjoy myself and relax from the stress of the "real" world. Not something that contributes to my real life stress levels.

I also realize that my style is very aggressive, antagonistic, provocational, and occasionally persecutory, but I find that in an apathetic world the bears need to be poked with sticks or they don't put on a good show. So I guess in a very roundabout way... I'm also apologizing for our latest war... but if you can't argue with friends... who else is gonna listen to you, or poke you with sticks when you need to get up and do something about the world?

Disclaimer: No real bears deranged or otherwise were poked with sticks during the making of this thread.
