Doom could name any power. Doesn't have to be one that the figure can currently use. So yes, that could be used to preempt a pick-a-power figure like Amazo choosing that power on his next turn.

But by my count, Doom's 1 square out of range to use his Outwit on Amazo.

Also by my count, Doom misses the Doombot. If the Doombot has Doom's 18DV with ESD, Doom with 11AV would need 9 to hit him, no? Not that he can't call on Wanda to PC that, if you want to take the risk - but if you roll lower than 8 you miss Moonstone too.

I literally was thinking your bot was a Doombot. It's a Dr. Doom robot. Missed that.

I will put Doom in I14, so he can outwit Amazo's hss. I guess I will risk Wanda's reroll. She gets 9. I almost didn't take the risk but the attack on Moonstone didn't gain much so I figured why not? Rarely does that work out.

RE Bizarro replaces Zemo. Amazo and Machinesmith Perplex his AV to 13.

He Charges to M18 to Quake. AV13 on DV17 and 18 for Gambit and Strange. Gets 11. Strange makes it 9. Strange gets 4 for SS. Strange Takes 2, KB to K20 - flies so no extra Damage. Gambit takes 2, KB to K16, splatting on the ground for 1 more and a KO. 1 Mystics to Bizarro.
