You might need to look at positions. I think you had Punisher and Julie reversed. Punisher was in D8, so if you're having Steel and Carnage close attack him, it would have to have been from somewhere adjacent to there.
Or you could refocus on Julie, but I doubt you'd want to lose that KO.
Julie HSS to H7 on Kyle, AV11 on DV17. Gets 3. Break? 6. Ends F10
Lyja to A13
Annihilus is in now. Teleports, RS tp B12 on Starro, AV12 on DV18. Gets 6. With Enhancement from Lykja, hits him for 3 after Invincible.
Remember Annihilius's Anti-Particles: When Annihilus is attacked, any positive modifiers of the attacker's attack value become negative. When Annihilus attacks a single character, any positive modifiers of the target's defense value become negative.
Reddy, Zee, Booster JLU: 2,3,6. We'll take it off Reddy.
Hmmm, Zee should be in H3.
The trouble with Annihilus is basically you need to focus all your efforts to ko him in one turn. A daunting and unlikely task.
Kyle should have no tokens.

Carnage charges to E8 on Anni. 2. Geez. Zee: 9. 1 to him. He has flurry: 8. 1 more to him. Sadly it's 2 4s, does the 1 damage but kb to A12 but no easy way to follow up.

He's off the Anti-Particles so Atom will boost Kyle's av to 11. Kyle on Doom and Anni. Gets 6. Takes 1 more.
I was going to give up Starro but he's actually pretty useful so Zee tks him back.
Anni took 3 and gained 2 Negative Energy, immobile and an action token, he's also now in B16. Surfer's in L24. Doombot koed and blocked. 2 to Wizard, Dawn koed.

Not quite how that works. He only gets a Negative Energy the first time one of those clicks is revealed. That second click had already been revealed, so he only gets 1 more. But on the other hand, they don't go away, so he's got 3 now.
Surfer, Doom, Annihilus WP - 3,5,2. Doom loses a token. Shame it couldn't have been Annihilus, but oh well.
Let's see if I can do some clean up. Wizard Tks Lyja to B12 and Perplexes her AV to 11
She attacks Steel - who should be at 6 after my last turn. AV11 on DV17. Gets 5.
Surfer HSS to D15 on him, AV12 +1 on DV17. Gets 10. KOs Steel easily. Surfer ends D18
Doom on Kyle, Outwitting his SS. AV11 on DV17. Gets 7. That'll hit him to his Stop Click.
Julie HSS to D10 on him, AV10 on DV16. Gets 5. Shoot. Should have left Surfer where he could have PCed that. She ends in B11 to block Steel anyway.
I don't like to leave Kyle there, so Falcon comes in. MSDP48.

He'll also use his Redwing object and send Redwing to block. It's got HSS, so will attack Carnage, AV10 on DV18. Gets 6 It was worth trying. He will also Outwit Paint the Town Red for Carnage.
Carnage should have rally tokens. Charges to C12 on Doom. Gets 6. BCF: 6. Doom takes 6. Has flurry: 10. Kos Doom.
Bah! Doom shall not fall so easily! He has one trick left- the Time Platform:

Though Doom also has the Time Platform Trait

When he uses its EFFECT to choose to return to his starting area, he isn't dealt the 1 unavoidable damage.
So Doom will avoid that first hit from Carnage, go to the starting area and lose the Time Platform.
Carnage may use another option for his second Flurry, and that may change some other things about your turn
