Regardless, the sort of foes that an individual typically goes up against should serve as a typical gauge for how "powerful" certain figures should be. At his utmost, Wolverine is not taking on the Avengers. Some of the characters you mentioned Wolverine being better than are up to the task of taking on the Avengers/JLA. The others, while they may have figures above 120 points, aren't figures that are actually worth more than 120 points.
Besides which, certain powers lend themselves to more expensive characters. Wolverine will generally lack range. He will almost always lack Hypersonic Speed and Running Shot. No Phasing/Teleport. Probably no Impervious and maybe only a click or two of Invulnerability. No Probability Control. And so on and so forth. Eventually, trying to make a 150 point Wolverine will just involve cramming a bunch of crap onto his dial, rather than building a svelte, efficient, and effective figure.
No, but Lobo is close to the Superman level of power and durability, only with no discernible weakness, a nastier attitude, and no real compunction about killing an opponent, which leads me to think that Lobo could take Deathstroke down the majority of the time.
I think you're confusing me with wolfpack86, as this is the first time I've weighed in on this particular discussion, though since I am weighing in I will say that Logan has/does take on teams on his own. During the Enemy of the State arc he fought several of Marvel's heaviest hitters in a style very reminiscent of Slade. In Wolverine Origins, Wolverine defeated Steve Rogers, which is a good comparison to Slade as far as physical and strategic ability.
While I agree that at the absolute top of his game Slade would probably take the majority of the matches against Logan, I don't think it's a very large majority. I have the same opinion of Batman.
That having been said, I think a very accurate version of Wolverine can be made under the 120 point mark. Looking at figures that are absolute nightmares to fight such as Gamora, SI Elektra (Human), and Iron Fist, I think Wolverine could easily be given a giant-killing dial at a sub-100 range.
Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man.
Just wait: People keep going on about a Rogue and Gambit duo. Maybe we'll see a Gambit and Mr. Sinister duo instead! Well...probably not. But it's a possibility.
Actually Id bet on a Gambit/Sunfire Duo with them as the horsemen.
Did we really need another Archangel already? Or a Lockheed with his own dial?
Yes. Yes we did. On both fronts, but I especially don't understand peoples' comments pertaining to Lockheed not being deserving of his own Clix. He's a full-on agent of S.W.O.R.D., for one thing, and a bad-### purple dragon for another! I like that Wizkids is taking characters who were formerly relegated to mere pog-status (Det. Chimp, Mera, Lockheed, etc.) and finally giving them the full representations they deserve. Congorilla can't be far behind, can he...?!?!?!

Hulk set you can finished off the Planet Hulk like Caira, Hiroim, Red King & others. U.S. Army Soldier with Major Glenn Talbot has the LE or in the set a couple of different She-Hulk, Abomination, Gargoyle, Skaar, Mr. Fixit & a couple of other Hulks plus some Defenders & Pantheon & the characters that you mention you could do 25-30
I would LOVE an Incredible Hulks Set!!! Defenders, Pantheon, Warbound, Kai warriors, Jarella, Caira, the Glob, Piecemeal, Half-Life, The Leader's Humanoids(minion ability), Tyrannus, The Riot Squad, Troyjan Army, Trauma, several Avengers, a redone Ironclad, Abomination, Maestro, Hiriom, Skaar, Llyra, Thundra, She-Hulk, Rick Jones AE, A-Bomb, Harpy, Bruce Banner AE, Amadeus Cho, Scorpion(the girl), Mercy, etc. You could have sub-themes being Defenders/Avengers with villains like Dormammu, Umar, Yaggroth, Nebulon, remakes of The Squadron Sinister, Red Rajah, Masters of Evil(Tiger Shark), etc.
Superman: "One of these days, Lois....POW!!! Right to the Marvel Universe!"
I still don't understand that if Wizkids wanted to keep this set list underwraps until they released the previews, how did they drop the ball so badly. Don't get me wrong I love seeing the list, but come on.
I think there should be LE for Diamond Emma Frost and Black Elixir with a power like 75's beast boy, but as the booster Emma doesn't have the trait, the trait on this one should say that you can replace a GSX #011 Emma Frost for this LE figure on the same click, and that this LE figure can be replaced by GSX #011 Emma Frost on the same click. Same for Elixir. This would be the perfect way to represent the dual characterist of both characters, and the fact that while in one form they don't have access to the powers granted by the other form.

I don't know who half of these characters are, but if you think they deserve to be Clixed, then by all means bring on the Hulk set! Everybody deserves to play their favorite characters.

I think Elixir has control over both aspects of his power now - he just doesn't like to use the life-draining side. I can see him having steal energy and support at the same time, and that would actually be perfect character-wise because he'd have to decide which one to use.
Well, if we're counting crossovers, then Wolverine (with bone claws no less) defeated Lobo in hand-to-hand combat. Wolverine>Lobo, and Lobo>Deathstroke, ergo Wolverine>Lobo. Aren't crossovers that aren't really canon fun?
It was later revealed by Lobo that that cigar-smokin' runt paid him off. It's true...it was in an issue of Lobo. And if its in Lobo it must be canon. Doom....sayeth the Easter Bunny!
