The only ones I can think of are the Lethal Legion and the New Warriors. And I'm not so sure 2 of the Lethal Legion members became Avengers, or 2 of the Warriors were shot. The only Scourge I really know anything about is the T-bolts one that turned out to be Jack Monroe.
HeroClix needs more Goblin.
Acceptable in such forms as Green, Grey, Demo, Hob, Ultimate, and "Menace."

Nope. To the best of my knowledge, only one member of the Lethal Legion (Swordsmaster) ever became an Avenger, and none were shot by either the original Scourge or (I'm pretty sure) the Jack Monroe Scourge.
By my count, a total of four New Warriors have been Avengers (Justice, Firestar, Darkhawk, and Rage - despite the title of the book, I have never seen graduates of the Initiative referred to when they graduate or when they take their place as part of the "50 State" teams as Avengers), but none have ever been shot by Scourge as far as I know, either.
I'm going to go with the SHIELD Super-Agents. I know two of them (Blue Streak and Vamp) were shot by Scourge, and at least one (Marvel Man, later Quasar) became an Avenger; I hadn't heard of Texas Twister becoming an Avenger but I also haven't read a new Marvel comic in about six years!
(I have Scourge on the brain, because I'm negotiating a custom clix order of all of Scourge's victims, including new versions of Firebrand and Scourge himself!)
During the last few issues of the WCA run. I'm not sure if he was ever an active member or if he went straight to reserve status (as I think Machine Man did), but he was definitely on the team.

That's the team! Texas Twister never was an Avenger, but don't forget about the Falcon! After assembling the initial four members, Nick Fury appointed the Falcon to train and lead the team after Cap refused to assume that role.
Okay, continuing with the Scourge questions: The Red Skull once assassinated a Scourge because he failed to kill three of his assigned targets. Who were these three?

Right you are, DZ! And I can't blame the Skull; I'd have snuffed the guy just for the Gamecock alone. If that loser can get away from you, you're in the wrong line of work.

All yours.
I remember those three being targets that escaped, but I didn't know the Red Skull had that Scourge killed for the error.
