All I can say about Transmorphers is that I know my bad movies and it was not Terrible, just bad. Honestly I'm impressed by how frequently people go back to it. It was forgettable, and yet it's still frequently talked about years later.

Once again, what kind of person calls you out on that particular opinion? I thought everyone, reality TV fans included, agreed that they suck.

With Hal v Kyle, it's not like I HATE Hal. I just prefer Kyle, and I also like John. But Hal fans tend to go screaming fanboy on you if you don't want to see Kyle DEAD.

I hate everything in the world, except golf. I just got back from the driving range and it was awesome.

Kirk for me, only slightly haven't seen enough Picard, a colleague at work has Next Gen on disk that I will borrow sometime and watch the new stuff more completely.

Kyle for me, you know that when Hal returned, Kyle had been a GL for longer than Hal was originally.

I have tried to watch Transformers, never got past the first 30 mins, and that was on fast forward.

Could you explain the draw of golf for me? I have a couple of buddies who like golf and I can't imagine why. It seems reeeeally boring.

Golf is boring to watch, but it's really fun to play.

I appreciate the amount of skill it take to play the sport and completely acknowledge That I have none. I enjoy it on TV in moderation. As a whole I like Carlin's take. If you find a tiny ball after you hit it 300 yards, you win!

If I hit the ball 300 yards, I would win. I don't think I hit one shot more than 200 yards today.

Put that sand wedge away and break out the driver, sir! Then go hit the gym! :-D

Okay, but why? What part of it is fun to play?

It's hard to explain. I enjoy the fact that it's not an easy sport, but when you do something good, like make an excellent shot, it just feels great. I enjoy the fact that I'm really just competing against myself.

I may or may not be the Ogre that Haven wants to respond to this so I Highlighted his points and offer my own commentary.

I'm amazed at how much people are enjoying it and, oddly, agreeing with me.

Maybe I'm not so much the "Lone Ogre" as I thought.
