Sue smiles to herself, "OH Reed, you'd be so proud of me!" and follows through on an idea.

"Hey Sandman," she quips, "You're a blast!".

"Sand-blast, har har har," he chuckles, "I guess you're not the comedian in the group, sweetie, nor the fighter, just what are you?".

"Trouble," she answers and uses her force field to blast through him and, with her best might, attempts to keep him from trying to recollect his body into one.

"Not....in...this...life..." he says and with an incredible strength, pulls himself together, overpowering the Invisible Woman.

She gasps at the attempt.

"Good try, honey, I can see why they got you in this group after all," Sandman says.

R22 is fine for the Panther. Only move for me Blastaar (gotta love a guy you can push) Running Shot to M19, attacks Firelord. AV9 on DV12. Gets 8 and Firelord takes 2 more.

Blastaar flew around the battlefield, wreaking havoc. "Ha!" he laughed, "this world's puny heroes will fall before me and I will make myself king here. And you shall have the privilege of being the first to fall!" One of his concussive blasts struck Firelord. The herald was beginning to look shaken.

"I have heard such boasts from many a would-be tyrant, Blastaar," the herald said. "I give yours no more credit than I did theirs."

Puppet Master tries to breakaway, gets 2.

Mole Man on Invisible Woman, AV10 on DV19, needs 9. Gets the 9. Yes! Finally, Sue takes 2 after Toughness. (It's the "throw enough attacks her way, one's bound to connect sooner or later theory).

"So Firelord, you poor excuse for a Herald," Terrax announced, hovering on a chunk of rock above the street, "allowing yourself to be beaten by Blastaar. What a waste of power cosmic. I won't even sully my hands with you." With a wave of his axe, he dislodged a large piece of pavement and sent it flying at Cage. Cage too the hit and shrugged it off.

"If that's the best you can do, Galactus has really got to get a better screening process," Luke joked. "My grandma hits harder than that."

"Susan Richards," the Mole Man said. "Your ability to turn invisible may stymie your other foes, but I live in the darkness. I rely on all my senses combined, and sound of your feet on the pavement, the way the air currents are blocked...and the fact that if you're going to exert yourself like this, you really need to find another deoderant...all tell me you are...here!" His staff whipped out like lightning, clipping the Invisible Woman on her temple.

Firelord vs. Puppet Master. Needs 3, rolls 2. Argh.

Sue vs. Rupert. Needs 8, rolls 9. 2 to Rupert. FINALLY Sue does something...

Susan Storm turns invisible and again concocts a plan.

"This time, I'm going to snare a Mole Man," she thinks. Turning invisible in plain sight she moves around in the midst of the field, knowing she would not be attacked by either side with so many close by. She then finds the hiding villain and with a big force field push, knocks him clear out of his hole.

"Surprise! Surprise!" she yells.

The Mole Man stares with Power Man, Firelord and the Black Panther all in view of him.

Blastaar attacks Firelord, AV10 on DV9 +2 for ESD. Just needs not to miss. Gets 6, does 3 to Firelord and he's down for the first time. But he'll be back.

"I've had enough of you, herald," Blastaar decided. Again he blasted at Firelord with powerful beams from his hands. This time Firelord fell, unconscious. "Bah, Herald of Galactus. You are nothing to the king of the Negative Zone!"

The Black Panther slithers undetected.

"Terrax. Unimaginable power. Wakandan technology should help me out here," he thinks and pulls out a power dampening device effecting even the former Herald.

Black Panther's move is only 9, so he couldn't get to L12. First of all it's 10 spaces, secondly his move is halved because he started in hindering, and third, even if he could move 10, the only path that'd get him there would go past Blastaar and Pupet Master and he'd have to stop.

OK slight change, no move for T'Challa, he'll outwit Blaastar's rs.
