I believe it's a "bridging arc" so expect to see a lot more Faith in upcoming issues (and according to the latest letter column hopefully there'll be many more issues to come...hey, maybe even more "seasons" ).
A woman who is working on the book posted on girl-wonder.org that it may actually be approaching 50 issues right now. She said they have the schedule worked out up until issue 19 which is slated for November 2008 but that it's looking to go long after that.

She's a slayer so she's already got a bit of demon in her.

It was me. Don't tell anyone.
I thought it should be either Xander or Willow but it would be true love in a non-sexual way (or in both cases, there may be a little bit of "sexual" involved).

Based on how he looks and what he says it's most definitely Warren. How he's back is anyone's guess at the moment. But with the Hellmouth, the First, and all the magic anything is possible. Hey Buffy's died twice.
Hmm, a two month break between issues #4 and #5 - I hope that doesn't become a trend.
I'm very curious to see how Warren was brought back. Maybe we'll see Jonathan too? (yeah, I know, probably not but it would be cool to see some more familiar faces).
Anyone read any of the other Buffy series? What's a good read from it? Are the omnibuses woth picking up?

The only other Buffy-esque comics I've read are Fray (a story about a slayer set in the future written by Whedon) and Tales of the Slayers (a bunch of short stories about a variety of slayers from different times). I'd recommend both.
Other than that, sorry, can't help ya.

I had heard about Fray but never checked it out. I'll have to go back and do so. Someone told me that one of the slayers that got killed in the beginning of the 7th season by the First's apostles looked like Fray.
Fray was alright. The idea was good, if a little big for a miniseries. It had to set up a lot since it had all new characters and a whole new future world/society. And I don't think Joss had a great feel for comics as a medium then. I've always thought it something that he would do a much better job revisiting now that he got more comic writing savy. Heck if Buffy does good enough and the rumored Angel season 6 comic does well, maybe we'll get a Fray Season 1 comic.

That dippy looking space axe that Buffy used in season 7 was lifted directly from Fray. I don't know if they ever explained the exact link, though.

So, any comments? To me, it was just OK -- the first three issues and the build-up were better.
So Amy and Warren got away to fight another day (and they are girlfriend-boyfriend -- ewww!), and the military was revealed to Buffy to have connections to the monster cult from issue one (we already knew this) and is out to get all the slayers. Do you think these 4 issues would have been one episode or a two-parter on the tv series? I'd guess a two-parter with the fight sequences drawn out somewhat.
As mentioned previously be someone else, the cover for the next issue looks pretty interesting.
I think according to him it was Amy who used magic to keep him alive even though his skin had been ripped off and then teleported him away (though in the episode it appeared as though Willow just made his body combust or something). This creates a contradiction though seeing as how the First took the form of Warren and the First can only take the shape of someone who died. Which means Warren must have died at some point.

I'm not sure they said he had gotten to Willow's brain just yet. But it's clear that Willow has been increasing in power if she can heal herself that quickly with magic. And the strength it took to stand up to Warren's torture (before she teleporter her conciousness away) is pretty impressive as well.

Sorry but Warren was dead. As you note, not only did the First use his form but he didn't just combust but full-out burned and considering Willow's mind-set and power at the time, I really don't think she would have failed to notice someone stealing her vengeance (plus it means either Amy was outrageously powerful to do that from a great distance or was close enough that Willow would've picked up on her). Warren's "survival" is a retcon and one that kind-of disappoints me (I imagine the reason being they wanted to make it so Willow was no longer a murderer but, sorry, far as I'm concerned - and don't get me wrong, I adore Willow - ignorance of your failure to deliberately torture and slay someone doesn't count as clearing the slate. )

Maybe they'll say that Amy raised him in the same way that the Scoobies resurrected Buffy. His death was most certainly magical in nature, and that was the big prerequisite if I recall correctly.

Good point. Again, consider the source -- we heard this info from Warren himself. Amy could have resurrected him and told him that he never died, which is what he told Willow.

Upon re-reading it, it doesn't seem like second-hand info from Amy. Warren talks about his skin being ripped off and having 4 seconds. Then he talks about the "flash paper disappearing trick" and how he and Amy laugh about it. He makes it sound like he was there to see all of it. But I guess it is possible this is what Amy (or someone) wants him to believe. Though I'm not sure what the benefit of doing so would be.
It is a pretty weird inconsistency if they don't have plans to address it soon.
