They lack a killer instinct. They do not know how to gut their opponents and leave them bleeding on the ground. Instead they nurse them back to health, and give them a free shot on the chin. I don't know if it's coaching or what, because it's definitely not Vikings football, either.

Yeah, I really think a lot of the problems are stemming from coaching/play calling. Some of these just make me wonder what the hell is going on.

Of course, the only team that frightens me in the NFC are the Saints.

Its coaching and play calling easily. Childress makes some head scratching playcalls and choices.

Also their best Corner has been hurt for a while and they will be vulnerable in the pass game until they get him back.

Saints have all the tools to win an NFL championship. I mean, you take any of their players. Any of them. And most coaches would build their team around that player, and have a playoff contending team. You take their defense, or their offense, and slap it onto any NFL team, and you have a playoff contending team.

Instead, they just slap it all together, MegaZord style. It's damn near unfair.

Yeah, that does appear to be the case. That was a definite slugfest of a game. Looks like the Patriots are back to being for real as well, though it's early yet.

I was busy living in Nebraska, and missing anything that was of value to watch. Min vs. Det, and Den vs. Was???

Although, the Redskins kept things interesting, and even pulled out a win.

Belicheck is a moron. I don't care how much of a genius he is, that was seriously one of the dumbest play calls ever.

I like the Bengals better than the Colts. Colts are undefeated, but I still think the Bengals are better just because of their defense. Manning is just ridiculously good though, better than Brady but they are both just crazy. I really want to see the Bengals in the playoffs and have Palmer not get hurt instantly. He looks like he is back to being one of the best in the league.

I'm glad we get to see two of the, if not the, best quarterbacks ever. That's crazy.

I'm also not a believer in the Chargers. Philly was fools gold IMO, and now that Westbrook had another concussion he won't be involved. The Chargers could prove me wrong, but not until the playoffs.

I think the Chargers are for real... at least until the Playoffs. Then Norv does what Norv does. Kaboom!

I like the Bengals a lot this year, mostly because of their opponents. You do not sweep the Steelers and have a ####ty football team. That just does not happen.
