TIME MASTER: Rip Hunter can use Outwit and Probability Control. The standard and named powers of Rip Hunter and friendly characters adjacent to him can't be countered.
Would that cover Mr. Fantastic's special power:
INVENTIVE GENIUS: Mr. Fantastic can use Perplex, but he can modify the target's combat values by +2 or -2 if he is targeting himself of another character with which he shares a keyword.
Is it a "named" power?
Thanks all!
That's a special power, so Rip doesn't protect it.
A named power is when they flavor-up a standard PAC power.
Mobilehorror's pdf doesn't allow me to select an individual feat to transfer to paint for easy printing.
You should just be able to print off individual pages as needed.

That is not a named power. That is a special power. Named powers are standard powers with a funny name attached to them. For example, when Avengers Super Rare Scarlet Witch has Hex Spheres which is just PC. Check page 15 for more on Standard/Named powers.
As for the feat it is because of how I print them. My home printer doesn't really work well (and it is low on ink).
I resize them in paint to fit three feats/BFC/etc into a jpeg then put them on my jump drive and go to Walgreens and use the insta-print computer. This allows me to keep them small and the photo paper, while it will fade in direct sunlight faster (because of the proccess), makes them rather sturdy for pnp use.
That's why I need an image I can use.

Couple interesting questions that came up during a fun game I was playing:
I had a damaged Animal Man on the board and a damaged Beast Boy Cheetah. I copied BCF from Cheetah. How does BCF and Super Strength work when holding the object?
The other question is (though I feel silly asking it):
When trying to destroy an object, you need to be able to do 3 damage.
Can your damaged be Perplexed up to reach 3?
What about BCF? RCE?
(The last one came up because someone said the PAC says RCE is against opposing characters) (which it does now that I look)
BCF and Perplex is fine right?

Not very well. If you're making a close combat attack, you must use the object in the attack. Normally an object adds to the attacker's damage value. However, BCF causes a die roll which replaces the damage value and locks it. So you would roll BCF, lock the damage value, and not be able to modify it for the object.

You are correct. RCE can only be used against a single target character. Perplex works fine. With BCF, no attack roll is needed, but you would need to roll a 3 or higher for BCF.

The object is used, but the roll for BCF is locked. Being locked means that the modifier will not work. It (usually) would be best to do a straight up attack.
An special properties of the object would still apply. For example, if you use BCF (and hit) while holding the Light Pole you will deal the damage of your BCF roll, the +2 will be ineffective, and the target will get a token.

It sure can.

Yes, but you must roll a 3 or higher.

RCE?
No. RCE (and CCE) only target characters.

Rip Hunter has:
TIME MASTER: Rip Hunter can use Outwit and Probability Control. The standard and named powers of Rip Hunter and friendly characters adjacent to him can't be countered.
Kid Zoom has:
STOP! : (non-optional) Other characters can't use Hypersonic Speed.
Now if I am using Rip and my opponent is using Kid Zoom, do my characters with HSS keep the power if they are next to Rip?
Can I run them out using HSS, or would they lose it when no longer adjacent?
What if I am using both Rip and Kid Zoom, does that make a difference?
I am also asking because Kid Zoom says they can't use HSS, which seems like it is different from countering a power.
Gracious thanks once again to those who can help answer this.

No. Kid Zoom's power does not counter HSS.

See above.

None whatsoever. Stop! does not make a difference between friendly and opposing figures - it stops all HSS. And since it is non-optional, it cannot be cancelled to let your HSSers do their thing either.
TIME TO SET-UP THE SHOT: If he has no action tokens and occupies hindering terrain, Deadshot can use RCE and deals penetrating damage with that attack.
Use:
Trick Shot
Prerequisites: Plasticity or Ranged Combat Expert
Choose a character.
When not adjacent to an opposing character, this character ignores Stealth and team abilities that duplicate the effects of Stealth and ignores characters and hindering terrain for line of fire purposes.
I ask because I want to be sure before I take it to a game.
Thanks all,
Viking

Yes, but he can only use Trick Shot when he can use RCE which would be when he has no action tokens and occupies hindering terrain.
