Every week you set your lineup based on who of your players you think will do best in their position.
In your case you have weak back ups so you'll probably stick with your starters all year except during their respective bye weeks, and then keep an eye on your players' injuries. Such as, if I were in your position, I know Jason Witten isn't playing this week due to injury, so I'd replace him in my line up with the back-up Jared Cook, so at least you're getting production out of that spot.
Additionally you might want to look into dumping your extra kicker and Defense in favor of some RBs and WRs. When the Kicker and Defensive bye weeks come around you can always use a flex bench position to pick up a one week replacement because once your skill players start going down with injuries its much harder to find replacements for them.
You know, I don't think QB is THAT deep. At least not deep enough for some of the homer picks ahead of Brees (*cough*Peyton Manning*cough*). Frankly, I'm in a no-lose situation. If my team does well, I can go "Woo!" and if they crash and burn I can fall back on "Well, geez, I got the last pick, what do you expect???"
Don't think I missed the Peyton quip. As someone who's seen that arm in action over the last few months and gotten around to some of the other franchises, yeah, I think Peyton's going to remind folks he's not ready for the retirement home, yet. Kind-of the same reason you feel New Orleans is going to have a bug that edges them on to prove something (and I agree with you; I also agree Brees is in the top 3 QBs for Fantasy Football and, no, Peyton isn't one of the two ahead of him).
Seriously though, the man got me tickets to my first NFL game so I could have a break from the hospital? I felt beyond obligated to pick him first round in at least one league.
"Nobody important? That's amazing. You know, in 900 years of traveling time and space I've never met someone who wasn't important."

Alright, fair enough. But really... the first round was just... WEIRD.
And now Yahoo seems to have hidden all the touchdowns my players scored yesterday. Which is mildly annoying.
And... the TDs are back! Sorry Furby!

yeah Yahoo Fantasy Football is clearly having issues right now. In my Friends and Family league I had a couple of people report that some of their stats were wiped out.
