"Hail Hydra!" a mob of Hydra agents moved in. One of them shot down Princess Projectra while the others mobbed Bat-Man.
"Surrender and we may spare you," Gorgon told Bat-Man.
"Against a bunch of goons like these? Not on my worst day," Bat-Man said, fending the agents off with ease.
"You'll find us tougher opponents than the agents," Captain America said as he and the Falcon converged on Bat-Man. As good as he was, Bat-Man was up against a well-oiled combat machine in the patriotic duo. Fighting together was second nature to them, and that teamwork proved Bat-Man's undoing.
Let's start with Flash. He pops in at I3 attacking Justice. Sorry, it's dirty pool but my other choice was Gorgon. Ups his damage to 3 and attacks Justice. Needs 7, rolls 10. 2 to him after force field. Needs 8 to do it again, rolls 12. 3 more to him and kb to I7.
Replacing Projectra is Aquaman. SU version, submerged natch. He'll charge to M13 attacking Agent #2. Needs 6, rolls 8. So he's koed but you can give another Hydra figure 1 damage and start another in the starting area. What an annoying sp! I gotta try it.
Composite on Gorgon. Needs 7, rolls 8. 2 to him after toughness. Or mm I guess....
As much as I want to use Black Adam or Seven Brothers, I can't justify the costs against all your little guys. Element Woman is in. Armor piercing on her. Needs 9, rolls 3.

While the Flash was still gloating about taking down Justice, something ht him, hard. "That wasn't very nice, what you did to Justice," Stonewall told him, touching the concrete of the bridge to take on its properties.
"Okay, that was a good shot, but with my metabolism, I'll have recovered in a second and then you'll..." BLAM! "Hail Hydra!" the newest Agent said, his pistol still smoking.
Argh....seems I never get to play the Flash figures like I'd like to. Double argh to that Hydra thing...
First the following take poison damage from Element Woman: Cap, Falcon, Fisk, Gorgon, Agent #3, Nomad.
Krypto v Cap. Needs 8, rolls 10. Cap's out.
Who replaces Flash? Human Target comes in. Reddy tks him to I15, he moves to J13 giving his adjacent allies sc.

seems I never get to play the Flash figures like I'd like to.
Don't stick Nanobots on them. You force me to knock them out in one turn when you do that. Nicely done with Element Woman. New figure, so I overlooked her poison. Won't do that again. Nomad's safe though. He's a square away.
Capwolf replaces Cap. Just occupying I12. With Vampirism. Attacks Element Woman, Shape Change is 5. Attack's on Chance then. AV12 on DV16 +2. Gets 6. Blades is 5. He's KOd as quick as he came in.
Fisk Outwits Element Woman's Toughness.
Falcon on Element Woman? Shape Change is 5. NO other targets.
Fisk on her? SC is 1. Will use Darkness WIthin on Hydra #3. AV9 on DV15. Gets 9. 2 to her.
Gorgon on her AV10 on DV16. Gets the 6. Blades is 3. Not a KO, but close. And her Poison will no longer be an issue. Vampirism heals back his Poison
Hydra #3 tries for the KO, AV8 on DV15. Gets 6.
Hydra #1 to breakaway? Gets 2. Attacks Aquaman, needs a 12 to get through Invulnerable. Gets 6. So, no.
Nomad to break from Krypto? Gets 1. Tries to Incap the pup. AV9 on DV17. Gets 7.

A snarling werewolf in Captain America's garb pounced on Element Woman.
"Look out! Get behind me," Christopher Chance said, putting himself between her and the wolf. Much to his dismay, his act of heroism cost him. Capwolf's savage attack brought him down. And sadly, he couldn't protect her from her other foes. The force of Hydra, led by Gorgon converged upon her.
"Your blood will quench the thirst of Godkiller," Gorgon told her. "Assuming a freak like you has blood."
"Not as such, but still, ow," Element Woman complained as his sword sliced through her.
Aquaman rolls to break. 5. Moves to K13 attacking Gorgon. Needs 5 + 2, rolls 8. 4 to him.
Element Woman on Gorgon. Needs 7, rolls 8. BCF is 6, totally wasted...he's out. Actually, he can use mm....
Let me know if Gorgon will use mm, and to whom, before I continue...

Gorgon can't use MM. Your attack on Richard Fisk earlier in the turn knocked Fisk off his Supreme Hydra for Now SP which allowed that. He'll have to take the whole load for the KO.
So I'm unwilling to spend a lot of points just yet...biding my time I'll draft Lois Lane, the Origin le. She'll replace Human Target and attack Fisk. Needs 7, rolls 2. Bummer.

I guess I kinda need to replace my TK. So Invisible Woman. With Endurance, to be boring. In H4. TKs Stonewall to H9
Stonewall grabs the HO from I10, Charges to F11 to attack Krytpo. AV10 on DV17. Gets 4. Rerolls for Sue, barely improves it with a 5. And neither roll had a 1 for him to use his Lucky Break feat.
Quake uses her "They All Fall" power. Krypto's the only one in range. AV10 on DV17. Gets 6. My rolls are slowly improving, but too slowly.
Hydra #4 to J8
Falcon on Element Woman, AV9 on DV15. Gets 8. At least it's one hit out of this turn. And she's KOd.

"Looks like your teammate could use a hand," the Invisible Woman said, creating an invisible platform to give Stonewall a ride into the battle. "Go to it!"
"Hey Daisy, want some help?" Stonewall said, trying to hit Krypto with a chunk of asphalt. The superdog used his heat vision to blast it into tiny chunks before Stonewall could use it.
"How sad it is that we need help against a dog," Quake said, trying to use her power. Krytpo jumped at her, knocking her off balance.
"Good dog," Lois Lane observed.
"Need to bring this lady down before she turns into something else," the Falcon said, punching Element Woman.
"Crude but effective," Fisk said.
"I'll show you crude," the Falcon said with obvious distaste.
