There seem to be just as many, if not more, DC fans calling the invuln a bit much for Batman. I remember when Wolverine got a click of it waaaay back in Sinister and the realms lost its ish. And HE has an unbreakable skeleton and ridiculous (depending on the writer, sometimes almost instantaneous) healing factor, that warranted a solo click that people despised.

Bat's has three clicks of that.

Hmm. Minor wording difference on Batman Ally, here. It says "uses Stealth" instead of the normal counterpart's "can use Stealth." Is there a significant difference here for gameplay purposes?

Good fighting Batmans and a great alternative for players who would rather punch someone in the mouth rather than set up another pieces' attack.

I think the 140 point version will play more like the traditional Batman we are used to - with the flying (for mobility). Perma-Charge is pretty impressive.

The 124 point version is going to be brutal with that 6 range no LoF Outwit. 8 clicks of life WITH damage reducers is crazy in this day and age. Figures just keep getting more and more expensive.

Anyway, lots of anti-WoS figures coming out to help improve Golden Age games.

My problem with Lamppost Batman has been his inability to take more than one hit. It's nice to see a Batman in the near future that can.

With as many posts as you've racked up and as long as you've been a member of the realms, I'd think you would know the difference between the terms over-powered (when a character is given a power or stat set greater than what the character actually deserves - or the opposite of under-powered) and broken (when a character is given powers or stats that radically affect the game play experience or make the character or character's team extremely difficult to beat).

Over-powered? Yes. Broken? No. Those two statements are completely different. The post I was replying to refered to "DC haters" saying the character was broken. I'm not seeing posts of that sort.

The sense of scale in heroclix certainly seems to be coming apart more and more.

Please excuse me if this has already been asked, but what's the point of throwing Sharpshooter onto dkr001 The Dark Knight's special attack power? I get that crazy awesome Outwit special part of it, but the Sharpshooter part leaves me scratching my head.

I mean, he has no ranged powers, so it seems odd they would give him an ability that grants him making ranged combat attacks against adjacent characters.

People are complaining that at least these Batmen aren't "one-shottable"? Hell man, Batman is just a man in a suit...he should be "one-shottable". Invuln on Batman? Hells to the NO! Seriously, waaaay too much.

If someone like Hulk punches Batman, and hits him, he should go *squish*. Ergo he should be one-shottable.
