Man, I really wanted Tom Brady on my roster (far more than Peyton). Kept saying I felt his suspension would be over-turned as "we feel but have no evidence" isn't exactly a tough thing to get slapped away.

Unless somebody took Brady in the first 4 rounds there was no way he was getting past me. Even with the suspension. He's way too valuable come playoff time.

I was shocked you had place Lynch above AP for the first pick. I mean, I probably shouldn't have been shocked, but that was an interesting first pick by the computer.

It was just too appropriate that Lynch was the first gone in the Made Members draft.

That was me having made one pre-set alteration a bit back long before I thought I would need them: I just booted AP in case I had one of my famous interface struggles. Did not want AP on my team.

No, not crazy at all. The thing about the Patriots is that they like to run up the score. So that actually makes a lot of sense trying to get them early.

Plus there's a ticked off trio of Brady, Gronk and Belichick (yes, I know I worship Belichick a little too much).

I think I got a steal when I drafted Edelman. He is still far far far to underrated.

I was debating drafting him for a bit but wasn't sure he would end up being the second favorite target after Gronk.

I found Edelman to be hit or miss last year. Sure, Brady can give him a great game. He also has other tools and sometimes JE is ignored. Throw in Belichick's willingness to keep people off guard - or even punish players by minimizing their touches - and I get nervous of Patriot WR's. Wes Welker about four years ago was when you could last bank on one. (His final year, trash).

Edelman is also a slot receiver more often than not, they get absolutely punished. He has been prone to injury in the past. Add those factors together, I think he went right where he needed to.

Now to decide... Big Ben or Peyton for the opening week. This is a tough call, as I think they both will have opportunities for big points.

Tonight should be a shootout, but that crowd will be insane. I would gamble on Denver at home opening week.
