Pyro does not have a token. All he did was put out a Construct, which is something he can do for free if he has no tokens.

On the other hand, you've got my positions reversed. Pyro is the one in C13. Magneto's in C16, which means Emma can't target him. Not from A9 anyway.

Emma damages Pyro for 3 instead of Magneto.

Does that mean Gambit stays put, as he's got no one to block?

Fair point, there's no reason to sacrifice Gambit now. So I won't. He stays put.
