I been playing this game since 2002 and I love the Battletech/Mechwarrior universe that I have no plans in quiting and not counting how much money I put into this game for 5 years

cept a major venue in redmond will no longer be carrying the figures due to alliance with Diamond. oh well. at least we will still have tourneys, and hey! CBT is back in fashion it seems. good thing i kept a hold on my 100+ CBT minis...

not to mention that MW and CBT are somewhat compatible if you know the stats

MW has my support. I've followed the story and game for a long time. I'm here to stay!

I will definitely be playing mechwarrior for a long time to come. I've enough pieces to never have to buy more, but if they keep making them, I'll keep buying them.

yeah, i flew over to neveron.com. I tried it for awile but its gonna take some tutoring before i get the hang of it. i did the first quest but now i dont know what to do, how to biuld forces on claimed spaces and a few other things.

I just started playing this game, but I must say I have a bad feeling about some of where the game is seems to be going. With the boosters no longer being made and what seems to be a switch over to mech only sets, the combined arms aspect of this game, which I love, is going the way of the Dodo. This isn't something that is going to help keep me into this game longer. It just takes a whole aspect and a lot of the strategy out of this game. The whole reason I got into MW instead of CBT was it seemed to be easier to play a combined arms style game in MW.

All that aside though, I still intend to stick with it. At least until the game takes a complete turn in a direction I opposite that which made me pick up MW in the first place.

The game will return to combined arms after the battleforces that they are releasing. In the mean time, the non-blind boosters are a fresh idea and I think it is a good thing. Let's show our support by grabbing those items. Hopefully we can get a rush out of it the way knightloser does.

I'm not hooked, ok maybe a little...


It is not going the way of the Dodo or Disco. Be patient, I think the designers are really thinking hard on this one...


Oh yeah, the state of the game is not determined by this thread. The players & their friends keep the game going. Chuck those guys who don't help the community, keep those that do. :devious:
