Alright, I'm not going to be able to read 100 some posts in 5 minutes, so I'll come back and do that part later.
What I have to say for now is that I have heard these same rumors; pro players from teams like FTN have been getting the spoilers leaked to them from friends or contacts from UDE. These people's jobs is to test and break decks, and if they give out the info to big teams they will know immediately what cards are good and what cards are not. They get more testing time, as well as info from their 'informants' about what the format may very well shape up to be.
I've had the suspicion myself for quite a while; I mean, why do the same people continually do well at big events? You could say it's all about skill, but there are definitely people out here who are just as good as any 'pro' players, but never do as well at major events because they don't have secret tech. One other player who plays at my store, who goes to many major events within the area, told me about this, and how pro teams get the spoilers early from UDE because they have contacts within the company.
I don't know how much my (actually, the person who told me) words count for, but this is what I have heard and the evidence I have seen within the pro community and major event finishes lead me to believe I am right here.
I don't think it's fair. But then again, life isn't fair. So there's not much anyone can do about it.
Whether or not it has happend or not, which I have my sources and completly belive it did, where is UDE? They should have made a statement long ago. This post is not about whether or not it happened, but a call for a response from UDE.

Okay, I lied ... I will comment more than once on this ....
Really though, I kinda agree. What is the "evidence" that make these fact besides rumors? Not that these people are untrustworthy but what evidence is their besides their word? Not trying to start anything, I'm just curious.
Well it seems many of you have your sources of why you belive this and some ideas of evidence for this but I still find it hard to believe since not one card has been shown yet. If so many know and it was leaked so much then how can not even one card effect get slipped out to the public? Either not as many know as it seems or it is more orginized than one would believe.

why would the cards be leaked? if pros have them than i would assume they would show a little more discretion than to just start blatantly posting about what the cards do.
if everyone had the spoilers early it would negate the advantage of having them early.

You seem to contradict yourself here with what you just said. If I recall correctly, FTN had a different deck set for the PC but it lost to the newer decks so some of you switched to one that could beat the predicted meta. Had the PC been 2 weeks earlier, would that have changed things? You just proved how more time does have its benefits.
The reason more time changed things was that the meta shifted. We were only aware of this because of the $10ks that were leading up to PC LA. If you recall they were both won by Avengers. Our deck basically auto-lost to 4-drop Hawkeye. What were we going to do? As it turns out it was a good thing cause our deck also had a bad matchup against CE. When we built it the meta was Curve still (which it wrecked). We always knew it had a bad matchup against Avengers, but frankly until they won 2 $10ks, they were barely even talked about. The only Avenger deck we saw from PC Atlanta was Kang.
And for the record the topic of the leaked spoiler list was posted about on these very forums a while ago and no one really even seemed to care very much (maybe they didn't notice?).
Honestly, if you want proof, people have talked about cards before they came out or were spoiled on this website. Gator's journals has some pre-actual release for Avengers. UDE didn't bother responding then (although it may just be because no one cares about the journal section). And, to be fair, Gator himself never had signed any sort of NDA, and, from the sounds of it, neither did the person that he directly got it from, but it would have to go back from there.
Also, as I've already said, look at card lists on this and other sites. They have quotes that never exist on the card, because the flavor text was later cut. I tried bringing this exact same thing up right after JLA was released, but since it was post-previews instead of pre-previews, it's not like anyone cared.
To be fair, once the prerelease happens, no one will care at all that some teams had a list before they did. Instead of "#####ing and moaning", we'll be playing with the new cards. Of course, some people would prefer to play with the new cards now instead of #####ing and moaning, but those people can just have the leg up. After all, if you're not good enough to beat a Pro player with a larger knowledge base in the game than you could possibly have access to, how do you ever expect to succeed at anything in life?

Pfft. Yeah, right. It was deleted in less than two hours.
