That holiday deal is getting pricey, but is oh so tempting.
Full cover runs of WortyCap, Juggs, and 2099 plus a bunch of other stuff.
$30 though.
Also...curios to note that 1* Juggy's green does not activate Kitty's red CD tile.
I am very torn on the HFH Holiday deal. All of those covers would place each of those character at 13 covers, which would be nice. The other extra things are nice too, especially enough HP for a roster slot. HOWEVER, I feel like the deal is more for buying covers than getting HP, which is the real reason why I spend $$$. Not to mention that I am not in 4* land yet. I think I will ultimately not do the deal because I will get there eventually. To be honest, it is a good deal.

Honestly, I'm not sure how close you consider yourself to be for the jump, but iirc you have Grocket at 13 already. I'm not sure where your Gamora is. As stated above, I use Those three as my core configuration for CL9, albeit at decently high levels on Grocket and Gamora. In any case, I would say that if you could have those two among your first champs, your transition could be expedited.

It's worth looking at the Spider-Family as a whole. Inidividually, each one is ok, some a bit better than others. But in a recent PVP, I was running S2099 with Miles and Gwen and the web tiles were off the hook and the damage was incredible.

Are you sure that Okoye does boost his extra damage? I was pretty certain that it does not. This seems to support what I said, but I will confess to never having tried it.
I know from experience that Taskmaster's Sword does not boost that extra damage.

Based on all of this wording, I would say that Juggernaut's extra damage *should* trigger Kitty's Practiced Offense and *should* be enhanced by both Okoye's Wakanda Forever and Taskmaster's Sword.
From experience I know that it does trigger Kitty.

Based on the link above, it sounds like it does NOT get enhanced by Wakanda Forever.
This is inconsistent.
If it triggers Kitty, then it should get enhanced by TMS and WF.
OR
If it does not get enhanced by TMS and WF, then it should not be triggering Kitty.
So, yes, as far as I am concerned, Juggernaut's power is being implemented inconsistently as his extra damage is counted as damage from a power in some places (like Kitty) but it is not counted as damage from a power in other places (like Okoye and TM's Sword).

I concur based on your results. As I read, I asked myself "how is it that you know you've seen that team damage get boosted?"
And my brain answered "because you were using Gritty so of course the damage gets bigger and bigger"

I agree with your analysis and that his power is behaving inconsistently.
Are we going to be getting any other retroactive rewards from champ levels?
I need to start a new crop soon and running out of HP for dupe 2*s.
I would not expect it. I sold off my dupe maxes after that last wave.
If it comes down to it, you are probably not using most of your 2*s outside of ddq and the 2* essential node, right? If you get in a pinch, you can always sell of all of your maxed characters and run with an undercovered guy.

I am not bad off. After my thanksgiving spree a number of dupes are at around 13 covers anyways, just not max champed.

I used my Taco Tokens to get that last cover I needed (took 44 tokens). That champed Ham and, apparently, I had 2 saved covers, which was a nice surprise. I ultimately config'd to 4/4/5 as neither of the top 2 powers seemed to need a 5.
My playing has been very sporadic this week. I'm finding Reunions a slog. I like the idea of a more limited choice of characters, but for f'sake, Medusa on every team means a lot of health packs. I'm currently #66 with 365 points (10 wins) and 8.5 hours to go. My plan is to play through lunch and see where I get.
TAT, otoh, has been a almost complete wasteland. I did 4 clears of sub 1, I think I opened sub 2 and played a few nodes, but not everything. I'm in sub 3 now and I've made my peace that the full progression is out of reach. I'm planning to play enough to get the 4* cover and call it a slump.
How did you end up in TAT?
I, too, played like poo, but still would up in exactly 50th. I am not humblebragging, just pointing out that early poor play does not necessarily kill chances of an ok placement.
Sub one, I timed things badly and jumped it when it was not so fresh.
Sub two was played normally.
Sub three had a decent attempt at normalcy, but I fell asleep mid-match in my final clears. Roughly speaking, that day I think I had seven clears of the easy nodes and just four on everything else,
Sub four wasn’t even touched until lunchtime, so several lost hours there. Then in my final run I fell asleep again mismatch, but fortunately it was during clear six or seven of the 5* node, so almost everything was cleaned.
I woke up after the event closed, but still got the CL9 #50 spot.

I just checked my rosters. I have 7 duplicate 2*s and a 1*, which makes 8 saved roster spots plus 3 more roster spots in HP and I guess pretty much another roster spot from the HP I would get from selling off the crop.
I still need to roster BRB, Hela, Wasp, Infinity Cap, and Shuri within the next 6-12 days. I am now down to 1950 CP with the spending on the BRB and CL tokens. It is quite easy to spend 1,000 CP I noticed.
