Take to the Skies: At the end of your turn, if Vulture is not on click 1, choose Combat Reflexes or Energy Shield/Deflection. He can use the chosen power until you choose again. Selling Custom Alien Weapons: FREE: choose a friendly character and one of the following powers: Flurry, Force Blast, Plasticity, Incapacitate, Poison, Precision Strike, Outwit, Perplex, Probability Control. If the chosen character is Vulture, he cannot be targeted by and ignores the effects of the chosen power. Otherwise, the chosen character gains the chosen power until your next turn. Wasn't Trying to Hit You: Earthbound/Neutralized. Vulture has a range of 5 and Improved Targeting: Destroy Blocking. RANGE: make a ranged attack targeting an opposing character within 2 squares of blocking terrain. If the attack hits, the target is dealt 3 damage instead of normal damage. If the attack misses, after resolutions destroy all blocking terrain within 2 squares of the target and deal Vulture one unavoidable damage. Armored Wing Suit: STOP. Super Senses, Toughness.
Wait, I Don't Have A Nose: SAFEGUARD: Poison, Opposing Perplex.
Ring Out: Krillin's attacks deal KNOCKBACK. // When Krillin hits, you may place him adjacent to a hit target and he may make an additional close attack (this repeats as long as he keeps hitting).

I Will Show You My Power!: Passengers: 0. At the beginning of your turn, you may note Psycho Mantis' current square, then place him in another square within 5 squares. He may not make an attack this turn if you do. At the end of the turn, place him back in the noted square. // Willpower. FREE: Heal Psycho Mantis 1 click -or- deal Psycho Mantis 1 unavoidable damage. If Psycho Mantis was dealt damage this way, he may remove 1 action token from himself if he did not already do so by Willpower this turn.
Powerful Enough To Bend Light (Stealth) I Control Your Mind! (Mind Control) I Will Move You With The Power Of My Will Alone! (Force Blast) Effortlessly Floating (Sidestep)
This Is No Trick... (Telekinesis) ...This Is True Power! (Penetrating/Psychic Blast) Distort Your Perceptions (Incapacitate) Psychic Bolts (Precision Strike)
I Can Read You Like An Open Book (Super Senses)
Hideo (Shape Change) I Can Read Your Memory Card (Outwit) You Like Konami Games, Don't You? (Perplex) Break The Fourth Wall (Probability Control)
DESIGN NOTES: And you thought you were safe from Metal Gear dials by limiting me to Force Blast/Knockback or Flying characters, HAH!
Psycho Mantis is a bit of an oddity in the Metal Gear universe, even when you factor in characters like Vamp or The End from across the series. Vamp's seemingly supernatural power got retconned to nanomachines, The End's seemingly supernatural powers got retconned to basically a sort of infection by a symbiotic sort of life form that was photosynthetic and granted him some of it's energy in exchange as a host...
But Psycho Mantis is one of a select few supernatural themed characters who never got a retcon to explain their powers with pseudo-science alongside the other known psychic (Medium technically) in the whole series, The Sorrow. (And I know there are a few more supernatural or unexplained characters, but only two known psychics without some kind of retcon. I'm not counting Screaming Mantis for lore reasons).
Back to Mantis himself, he is described as one of the most powerful psychics alive in the game, BUT he's also hindered by needing that crazy outfit of his (especially the gas mask), as a way to insulate his own mind from having the thoughts of anyone near him forcing themselves into his mind against his will. It's implied it's little more than a sort of psychological crutch and not an actual property of the outfit though, and his real name doesn't come up until MGSV, which retcons him as a child experiment during the 80's (Who had the gas mask and strange leather outfit kind of deal even back then).
And yes, he breaks the fourth wall quite a bit in Metal Gear Solid and in 4 when he appears. Reading Memory cards for games you've played, "moving" your controller (Vibration functions), and dodging your every attack UNLESS you use a different controller port than player 1.

Guardian Angel of the Resistance: Stealth, Support. // Whenever a friendly character is damaged by an enemy character within line of sight of Whisper the Wolf, place a Guardian token on both the enemy and friendly characters. For every Guardian token on a character's card, Whisper the Wolf gains +1 attack when targeting that character. Variable Wispon - Defending: Force Blast, Running Shot. Flight, Passengers:0. Variable Wispon - Attacking: Penetrating/Psychic Blast, Energy Explosion. I Won't Lose Another Friend! I Can't!: When Whisper the Wolf is six squares or more away from any friendly characters, she can use Ranged Combat Expert. When Whisper the Wolf is within six squares of a friendly character, she can use Enhancement and Empower.
First Appearance: Sonic the Hedgehog #008, IDW Publishing
To round out this month's personal theming, we have Whisper the Wolf, Tangle's really close friend and the lone survivor of the Diamond Cutters crew, save the person who sold them out - last round's Mimic the Octopus. Providing the melancholic and distant foil to Tangle's up-close and loud personality, she helps out her team in her own way, but not lacking teeth when forced out of her comfort zone.
Whisper's variable wispon - her primary tool, weapon and alien support group - is a treasure trove for powers (and especially creative uses of those powers, besides what is said on the tin), giving her abilities that would otherwise be impossible for her to have, as one of IDW Sonic's increasing roster of non-superpowered heroes.

I Am A Monster!: Leadership. // Giant's Reach: 3, KNOCKBACK. Popping Pustules: Support. // When Stukov uses it, instead of healing the chosen character, he may place the die result on their card. // FREE: Roll a d6 and place it on the card of an opposing character within two squares and line of fire. // POWER: Heal each friendly character with one of Stukov's dice on their card equal to half of the die result on their card and deal damage to each opposing character with one of Stukov's dice on their card equal to half of the result. Get Out!: CLOSE: Choose an opposing character along a direct line of fire. Stukov may make a close attack targeting that character regardless of adjacency. Instead of dealing damage, knock back that character until they would be knocked back into a square of blocking terrain, another character, or the edge of the map.
Sohei: Super Senses. Sidestep, when Shi uses Sidestep, she breaks away automatically.
Use humility to make them haughty: Stealth
Use your anger to throw them into disarray: Charge
Tire them by flight, cause division among them: Flurry
Naginata: Blades/Claws/Fangs. Giant Reach 2.

Be extremely subtle, even to the point of formlessness: Combat Reflexes
Be extremely mysterious, even to the point of soundlessness: Exploit Weakness
Thereby you can be the director of your opponent’s fate: Close Combat Expert
Crusade Team Ability:
All attack rolls made by characters using the Crusade team ability that result in doubles (except two 1s) cause knock back equal to the attacking character’s damage value.
When I saw the prompt, I thought of an under appreciated Team Ability from one of my favorite sets.

Movement: Elevated 1-900-LIVE-OR-DIE: When Robin would be KO'd, both players roll 2d6. If the result of your roll is higher than the opponent's, generate a character named Red Hood from your sideline in the square Robin last occupied on its last non-KO click. Protected: Pulse Wave Excuse me, but I think this is yours: When Robin hits with an attack, if no opposing character has a Black Mercy token, give a hit character a Black Mercy Token.// Characters with a Black Mercy Token character must break away on any action in which it moves, can't automatically break away, have Battle Fury, and modify attack and damage -1. When that character breaks away, remove the Black Mercy Token from them. Robin, did Felipe fall… or was he pushed?: Force Blast. When an opposing character is knocked back onto a lower square of elevation, after resolutions, deal them 2 unavoidable damage.
It combines elements of Jason's most notable stories: dropping a criminal off a building, his death, and beating Mongul with his own Black Mercy in Superman Annual #11. The Wonder Woman Ally TA is to reference his team-up with Wonder Woman in the latter story. I think the kenw rules about falling damage and the increased importance of elevated terrain really open some opportunities for this figure.

EQUIP: Any.
UNEQUIP: Drop.
EFFECT: When equipped, place the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy in the circle on the back of this card with the arrow indicator pointing to the effect of your choice. // FREE: Roll a d6. Turn the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy clockwise a number of effects equal to half the result. Until you roll again, the equipped character has the listed effect.
Top Left: Babelfish: Choose an opposing team ability that is copyable and gain that team ability as long as this effect is active.
Top Right: Don’t Panic: Adjacent Friendly Characters take a maximum of 2 damage from attacks.
Bottom Right: Got your towel? Once per game, if this character would be KO’d by an opposing effect, instead place them in their starting area and KO the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.
Bottom Left: Paranoid Android: Mind Control as FREE, but only to target a character with the Robot keyword.
Significant Appearance: The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
A bit of a stretch, but why not? See, Arthur Dent learns to fly when he meets a strange woman who is also flying, and she learned how to do this by...just falling at the ground and missing.
I wanted to do a reference to one of my favorite books of all time, and felt like this would be a clever, support-style way to do it. Enjoy!

Meg! Got Some More of that Contraband You Like.: Megaera does not break theme when friendly to a Jun01 Zagreus, but ONLY if she is given a Nectar Token on the first turn. When Megaera has a Nectar Token, Jun01 Zagreus has the Underworld team ability. Created to Punish Transgressors: Modify damage dealt by Megaera by +1 when targeting characters who dealt damage on their most recent turn. My Whip Might Make You Reconsider: Blades/Claws/Fangs, Giant Reach 3. Ungh! YOU!: STOP. Invulnerability, Energy Shield/Deflection.
Hypersonic Speed: Start Running, Fool. Charge: Eat This! Running Shot: Catch This! Sidestep: Got You. Precision Strike: Maybe Persistence Will Pay Off For Both of Us. Pulse Wave: You're Never Getting Out of Here! Quake: Spinning Wing Slash Impervious: First of the Furies Invulnerability: One Lash is Not Enough. Battle Fury: Living Up to the Title Exploit Weakness: You'll Soon Feel Something Else Probability Control: I Am Not Finished Yet! Ranged Combat Expert: Ask Nyx About Them. I'll Give You a Chance to Ask Very Soon!
And so No-Name's Hades month comes to a close. Here we have Megaera, first of the furies. You will face her first and foremost as the boss fight at the end of Tartarus, where she and Zagreus drop little hints of their past relationship. She's a vicious, relentless opponent who definitely keeps you on your toes. Once you get a little stronger and more keen of how the game plays, you can reliably beat her, but don't feel too disappointed in yourself if she kills you the first few times you face her.
A key component of Hades's gameplay is that you build relationships with pretty much every character you come across by gifting them Nectar. Megaera is no exception, and in fact is one of the very few that you can kindle a romance with. So you can do that here, simply by teaming her up with Zagreus and making sure that she gets his Nectar. The two will make a formidable combo once you do.
And try not to piss Meg off. She is a Fury, after all, and as a Fury, she will get vengeance on you.

Notes: I've been meaning to make an attempt on this dial since the Bioshock Infinite set first came out.
I would've gladly welcomed a colossal Songbird into my collection.
Anyway this is my first attempt at a dial for a colossal figure and I finally did it thanks to this weeks prompt!
Songbird is a really great character for many reasons. He's frightening an imposing like the Big Daddies from the first 2 games, but much like the Big Daddies, Songbird is a tragic figure.
I won't get into the story but for those who aren't familiar with Songbird, it's a cool story that's worth digging into.
At first I tried to figure out the best way to make a colossal flyer with no range who, despite his great size, is ridiculously fast and agile.
And his strength and power is something to behold. In the game he effortlessly destroys, well almost everything. you feel like there's no way to even scratch this guy.
I hope it doesn't look too overpowered. I also tried to keep it simple.
So here's my attempt at a terrific colossal character from one of my personal favorite Heroclix sets because I really wanted to see it happen in the very beginning.
This guy is from the Songbird Special Edition video game:

The Nutcracker Suite: Characters with the Mystical keyword can use Perplex but only to modify their own combat values.
Swan Lake: Characters with the Animal keyword can use Shape Change. When they do, if the line of fire from the attacker is hindered increase the result +1.

INSIGHT
Rounding out the month of queer icons is the legendary composer that turned Ballet from primarily a French to a Russian art form. 99% of modern ballet performances are of his works. That’s astounding by any measure. So the keywords are a mix of his biography and subjects of his compositions.
1812 used actual cannons as instruments, Piano Concerto 1 was deemed too awkward by worlds greatest pianist at the time Rubinstein but later become first ever platinum classical album making the career of Van Cliburn (another gay icon), and his six symphonies are considered by many to be the pinnacle of the genre. The Tsar replaced Italian opera with the operas of Tchaikovsky as peak entertainment for the aristocracy. So famous, so important to Russian identity, and so influential the world over. Then come the circumstances of his death.
We know he was a closeted homosexual from letter correspondence and his brother/biographer Modeste (also gay) confirmed as much. Why someone trained their entire life to drink boiled water would out of the blue order a glass of unboiled water during a cholera endemic is mystifying. It’s likely he either contracted it via prostitute and needed an alibi for the affliction, or the one I’m leading more towards is that the Russian gov demanded his suicide to prevent his love life from becoming public. The then most famous Russian in the world and that association have long been covered up first by the Tsar and subsequently by Soviets and even into today. Not that it’s corroborable but wouldn’t surprise me in the least. This is Russia comes to mind.
Anyways, thanks for tuning into my experiment this month. It’s been pretty nifty trying to incorporate the role creators play in the staging of their works while possessing only a modicum of their creativity. I’m such a nerd.

COMBAT MANEUVERS AT MACH 50: Super Senses, Hypersonic Speed. // Once per turn for all characters with this trait, Aurora may be given a non-FREE action after being carried, but only if she shares a keyword with the character that carried her. TWIN CONNECTION: UNIQUE MODIFIER - If Aurora is adjacent to a friendly character named Northstar, both can use Support, modify defense +1, and have Improved Movement: Characters. // For all characters with this trait, if Aurora is adjacent to a friendly character named Northstar, when she or that character make a range attack give each hit character an action token.

Keen Eye: Pidgey can't have it's attack negatively modified. Sand Attack: POWER: Choose an opposing character within range and line of fire, until the beginning of your next the chosen character modifies their attack by -2.
Nice at any price. Of course, I’m a Defend junkie, and this one brings that in spades. The rest of it is just terrific as well. It can dish out the damage quite nicely, making it work well solo or on a team. Well done.
Arthur Dent by Hesster56.
Great little support piece. The Guidebook object is thematic and useful. Nicely done.
Krillin by LostGaladorian.
Poison immunity and multiple attacking abilities, what’s not to like. Funny flavor text didn’t hurt either. Good work.
Honorable Mention:
Vulture by DestructoBoy.
One of my favorite Spidey villains, and this dial does him justice. And, it hi lights the movie version very nicely.
This has been the hardest week for me to judge in a while. They're all so glorious.
Round 3 Votes (brought to you by the letter 'A'):
Hagath The Great - Aurora
Like her brother before her, Jeanne-Marie packs a flavorful dial (without flavor text!) with huge upgrades available for both parties if you keep her synced up with a friendly Jean-Paul. Great stuff.
Shadesmar - Aero
Knocking herself back is a novel idea, and her second trait makes her an absolute menace to any opponents unlucky enough to possess in her presence.
GreenMan - Songbird
Oh man, I love a straightforward punisher of a beatstick. Without updated friends to defend, Songbird is mostly just that, but should you give him a lamb to protect, he'll do it well while making a mess of the other team.
Honorable Mention: Hesster56 - Arthur Dent
The Guide is great, and the powers you chose give his dial a very supporting-Star-Trek-character feel that I love. He lands here because, as a filthy casual who's only seen the movie, I think even his standard powers feel pretty generous, given his only real skill was...queuing.
