Penguin takes Blades and Exploit with his Umbrella, attacks Wonder Man, AV11 on DV17. Gets 10. Blades is only 2, but at least it's Penetrating.

Grey Gargoyle uses Stone Swipe on Adam, AV10 on DV18. Gets 11, giving him two tokens for a push.

No, because he's not dealing Damage directly. The attack only gives tokens, and the damage comes from pushing, so the attack doesn't trigger Mystics.
