well, I didn't notice that #$$#&$#%*( stupid dumm sculpt which is SUPPOSED to be Electro (boy, I hate Ultimates even more now ! ).
the stats are nice, but why I the name of all that is holy did you have to make the ugly Ultimates sculpt instead of the immensely better green/gold Electro costume Wizkids ?!?

They already started this with "Shazam!" (Captain Marvel's catchphrase), so it's only fair for other figures to have to suffer in the same way.
I just can't wait for the following LEs:
"Oh my stars and garters"
"Up, up, and away"
"Snikt!"
"Thwip!"
"Suffering Sappho!"
Up up and away would probably be too expensive for his powers, but Oh my stars and garters would probably be useful with his perplex. Suffering Sappho! would be fun to use on a Greek myth theme team along with Shazam! . And Thwip! probably wouldn't even have his own team ability.
I've looked through the LEs a few times, here's my thoughts:
I actually like James Howlett. I didn't at first. Then, I looked at regen. Most of his regen clicks are positioned to put you right back at either 9 attack/ Flurry click. Yup. They're positioned well. That means he should be able to KO whatever figure it was that knocked him down to regen the turn after the Regen (with the possible push), or even move from regen to more regen, giving a later opportunity. Lack of Charge really stings on this one (he'd be ultimately playable if his clicks before Flurry were Charge, and if his regen clicks were stealth).
Justice is served is interesting. Seems like a very fun piece. Keep him next to the TKer for a quick 10 range Nasty Hit. I'd use him to soften a huge opponent before the rest of the biggies blasted away. Could be a fun way to get throw Supes/ Chrome Surfer.
You can keep the other 4. Toughness & Regen with CCE? Eh. Mysterio is not terribly playable. Wade is ok, but we've seen stealthed RCE before and I'd rather play the Indy Ladies than this guy. And Electro is cool, but too low of stats. If they could've pumped up his attack by 2 all the way down (and at the same point cost), he'd be a very nasty figure to play against. Running Shot Inc to keep people down, then Pulse Wave 'em to keep 'em down. However, the super low attack means he can't do this effectively, so eh.
Aww. Would have preferred the Thunderbolts version of Scourge who was hunting/killing them (turned out to be Nomad) but the classic version from that awesome Cap comic is a brilliant fig.
TB; still wondering what the deal is with an impervious Wolverine - he's the man with steel inside him, not the Man Of Steel...
Retired, as per WK's rotation and judiciary replacement decisions. Talk about metaception.

Really that character was also known as Shazam for a good part of his existence as DC and Marvel were fighting over who could be called "Captain" Marvel since Shazam did not appear in Marvel comics. DC also used Shazam when he came over from Fawcett Comics, around the time of the lawsuit.
So it's his name as well as his catchphrase. Unlike the Scourges who only shouted Justice is served.
I'm also imagining lots of confusion when we start seeing New Warriors in clicks. Scourge lays the smackdown on Vance Astrovik "Justice is served!" (headscratching heard). Or Justice from the new Universe. true confusion!!
Actually, the Spidey LE should be "With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility". Or, alternatively, a thug powered LE with his second most commonly spouted phrase: "I'm Through Being Spider-Man!"

Hopefully one of the REV Levels will be Avengers team ability, signifying Thunderbolts.
For Wolverine, the Imp works a little differently. The 5 or 6 roll means the attack missed (him dodging). The 2 reduced damage is him taking the hit and not stopping (he shrugs off hits like that all the time... like when he gets shot in the face and doesn't slow down). Kinda a stretch, but it still fits.

That would probably make less sense than Moonstone being Avengers. He was hunting them and murdering them, after all. I'd hazard a guess some version of the fig, possibly the Vet, might be Minions Of Doom - they haven't had a new member since Xplosion and it'd make a lot of sense for an organisation that infiltrates villainous gangs.
(of course, the Fantastic Four and Skrulls haven't had a new member in an even longer time, but er...)

Ah, I get it now. Thanks. I'm not much interested in getting him though (and it is definitely not going to be affordable - a (non mailaway) Wolverine LE?!?) so I hope his popularity gets folk to shy away from the Scourge.

*Doorbell rings at the Avengers Mansion*
*Vance Opens the door to Scourge breakdancing on the front porch*
*Scourge stops and stands up*
Scourge: "YOU just got SERVED, Nizzle!!!"
*runs away*
Vance: "Oh THAT'S not getting pretty old..."
*slams door, heads back to the monitor room to finish watching 'Mean Girls'*

Incorrect.
DC's Captain Marvel (who used to be Fawcett's Captain Marvel) was *never* known as Shazam. In fact, that would be pretty stupid if he ever was, since there's *another* character whose name *is* Shazam, namely Shazam the wizard who gave Billy Batson the power to transform into Captain Marvel by speaking the name of the wizard Shazam.
DC and Marvel never "fought" over who could be called Captain Marvel. Instead, Marvel trademarked the name "Captain Marvel" long after Fawcett had stopped publishing comics. Thus, when DC decided to use the Fawcett characters, while they could publish the adventures of a character named Captain Marvel, due to Marvel's claim on the trademark, they could *not* use the name "Captain Marvel" as the title of a comic book.
Thus, the name of Captain Marvel's comic book had to be something that did not include the phrase "Captain Marvel" (such as Fawcett's comic book "The Adventures of Captain Marvel). So, they had to come up with something else. And unfortunately, they chose a name that would have a huge impact on the ignorant masses for years to come. They called the comic book "With one magic word... Shazam!"
Now, *most* people would realize that "Shazam!" was the *magic word*. At least you would think that. But you can never go wrong underestimating the intelligence of the masses. Notice that "Shazam!" always has an exclamation point at the end of it, to indicate that it is something which is being said, not the name of the main character in the red costume. And, in fact, if you read *any* story featuring this character in the red costume, you will *never* find anyone *ever* referring to him as Shazam... because his name is "Captain Marvel" not "Shazam"... and there is *a completely different* character whose name is Shazam, namely the wizard Shazam who gave Billy Batson the power to become Captain Marvel (*not* the power to become Shazam, because that would be awfully confusing if there were *two* characters named Shazam, of course).
And then, there was Captain Marvel's live action TV show. Unfortunately, the evil empire which is Marvel Comics still had their trademark on the name "Captain Marvel," so the TV show ended up with the name "Shazam!" But never on the TV show was Captain Marvel called "Shazam"... because Shazam is not his name because his name is Captain Marvel. "Shazam!" was the magic word, not the name of the character in the red costume. Unfortunately, the wizard Shazam did not make an appearance on the TV show, replaced instead by the "Elders" whose names formed the acronym "Shazam" which is not the name of the character in the red costume.
Now, if you were to watch the "Shazam!" cartoon that came out not much later, you would be "treated" to a long introduction to the characters at the beginning of the show, that would explain all about the different characters and their magic words, and the big guy in the red costume's name is "Captain Marvel" and not Shazam, because Shazam is the name of the wizard who gave Billy Batson the power to transform into Captain Marvel by saying the name "Shazam" which is the name of the wizard, not the name of the big guy in the red costume.
Of course, if you were to buy any of the many toys offered during these years, such as the Superpowers action figure, the Mego action figure, the diecast vehicles, or even the various drinking glasses, you would see the word "Shazam!" (with exclamation point) in a big word balloon, which should suggest not that this is the name of the character in the red costume (which it is not), but rather a word that the character in the red costume might say from time to time. Unfortunately, advertisers are not great on clarity, leading to various misunderstandings by the ignorant masses that nobody should ever wish to be a part of.
Then came another comic series, "Shazam! A New Beginning". Once again, Shazam is the name of the wizard, not the name of the character in the red costume.
Then, after a graphic novel, Captain Marvel got a new series (which retconned the New Beginning). This series was called "The Power of Shazam," where again, Shazam is the name of the wizard who gave Billy Batson his powers, these powers being the powers of Shazam the wizard (and hence, the name of the comic). And again, since the wizard's name is Shazam, the character in the red costume's name is *not* Shazam but is instead Captain Marvel. In fact, in this series, the character formerly (and currently) known as Mary Marvel decided that she too would be known as Captain Marvel (and not Shazam, because that would be stupid).
Therefore, anyone calling Captain Marvel "Shazam" is pretty darn ignorant and worth reviling at every opportunity. Fortunately, I'm above that sort of thing myself.
So, to sum up my rebuttal of everything you've said:
(1) Captain Marvel was *not* known as Shazam for a good part of his existence. He has *never* been known as Shazam (except by the truly ignorant).
(2) DC and Marvel did not fight over Captains Marvel.
(3) Um... well a lot of what you've written is, um, gibberish. The fact that Shazam did not appear in Marvel comics is the *reason* that DC and Marvel were fighting. Well, uh, I guess I can safely say that's not true.
(4) Shazam is not Captain Marvel's name. Shazam is the name of Shazam, who is a completely different character.

I also can agree with wolvie having one click of impervious, and would like to see the same thing on Deadpool.
My way of thinking of it is that these characters regenerate so fast that most normal attacks (knives, punches, assault rifles) don't even effect them, because they grow flesh back faster than it can get shot off.
But yea. I don't even know which draft LE I want more... Justice! is a really sweet 30 points, and James is gonna fill in the secondary-attack-flurry-BCFer slot that Logan's retirement will soon leave empty...
