Yes, they are probably the duo figures that were mentioned previously. There's the obvious one in Wolverine & Colossus, and some highly likely choices in Gambit & Rogue and Cyclops & Jean Grey. The last could be Cable & Deadpool, but that's info we don't have yet.
Personally I'd be pretty stoked for a Fantomex & E.V.A. duo with the Transporter ability to round out the current X-Force, but that's probably a long shot.
I know that article was off on a few things. If they changed it I wonder if there will be more than 58 from characters getting moved out of super boosters. That would mean the colossal figs are numbered in their own way, since the brick figure is #61. I wonder if #59 and #60 are chases or if they just don't exist. I guess the other possibility is that #55-60 and the super booster figures and the duos either have their own numbering, are chases, or were cut out.
I am curious to see where the super rares start in this though.
Cheetah Beastboy is taking a break. We finally get a pose of what a character is doing after a hit of hypersonic lol.
I can forgive the Hellion sculpts because of the sheer number of great sculpts in the set. Besides the Hellions are wearing the exact same uniforms!! I can't see nothing that would be dynamic unless they added the Death character card hanging over Tarot or visually showed roulette's white and black luck discs. Canonball could be Blasting off I guess, but Cypher and Empath? Yeah Definetly standing there doing nothing as there isn't any physical manifestations for their power. Matter of fact the good mutants that were part of the team were kind of emotionless were'nt they?
...Old Man Logan...Alternate Future Doesn't Count...though admittedly Old man Logan is a total BA And I will Kill Neca if they ever decided to make him into a hard to get Chase.
And I agree on the power of plot...but because LOBO is an over the top parody-type character there's no way (and I know its been beaten to death but seriously) he should have stopped Lobo.
Not sure where this came up in the thread but anyway, the Slade vs the X-men in the X-Men/Teen Titian crossover still dealt with a relatively newly formed X-men roster, just after their conflict with the Shiar. So you're still talking about each mainstay X-man now at the beginning of learning their powers and limites (A still teenage Collossus for instance), with Cyclops being the only seasoned vet on the team (and you could say Wolverine, but this is a more berzerker, I don't follow orders well Wolverine). So a trained assassin like Slade at that particular time probably could take out the X-men one by one, with Cyclops and Wolverine being his hardest target.
Now,we talk about today, Storm herself, with all the hand to hand training she's been given probably would give Slade a serious run for his money (She defeated both Black Panther and Cyclops in Worlds Apart, barely mind you, but still with a combo of powers and physical fighting she's not someone to take lightly)

Oh. Thanks. I was wondering what was going on that he could take them out with the relative ease that people were saying. Its good to know the whole story and not just the highlights of what happened.
Speaking of Slade. I wish that Marvel would make another crossover with DC having Slade fighting Mystique. Like :GET MYSTIQUE 2. Dang I would love a book with those 2 in it.
@Killardan- It seems certainly possible she'll get the power cosmic TA. As far as the X-men as well, its possible though she wasn't on the team with that outfit at the time.
I think what makes the DC75 standing sculpts more glaring is the characters involved. IIRC, every character in DC75 that is capable of HSS has a standing around pose, except for Barry Allen. Hell, Cheetah Beast Boy is LYING DOWN FOR CHRISSAKE! At least, that's what made it glaring to me.
How else SHOULD they have sculpted cheetah beast boy though? An action pose for a cheetah is a running pose. The only problem with that is that properly-scaled legs wouldn't be strong enough to support the clix mechanic without breaking. So you'd have another Ragdoll sculpt, and people would just be complaining about THAT instead.
The only reasonable sculpt would have been a cheetah running throughn
/next to a feature to support it, or have he sculpt "at rest", where the legs wouldn't be exposed. I don't much like the sculpt, but i've been playing miniatures games using animal miniatures for enough years to have some understanding of the limitations.
CarlosMucha: that is like be running in a Olimpic race competition just one step to get the gold and then a Giant children place a mirror in your side and you discover what you are really a hamster over a whell and the gold is just a slice of chess. Avatar Summoning: Original GotG, Melter, Whiplash

I would've been ok with the cheetah bounding off of a rock. At least make it a pose that implies movement since that's what the gameplay behind the piece is all about.
Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man.
so do you think pheonix will be power cosmic?
or maybe both power cosmic and xmen?
The thing about Phoenix is, frankly, the color of her costume. IT's WHite, This is a version that's only appeared in comics once, and is almost like a spoiler because it's saying that Jean will be back and in this version of the costume (whatever the 'white' truly means).
So it's not telling what her power level would be for this.
I could almost see this one as being a no brainer for an LE if it didn't already appear to be a super rare (I mean come on, paint her in red and automatically you get Dark Phoenix).
Hell, the fact she now appears in the Marvel/Capcom 3 game is forecasting her return to the comics.

Well Slade also had help, working with Darkseid so (and he got the jump on them when they were preparing for bed, if that counts as well). It wasn't like a straight up fight.
