I had forgotten all about Emerald Empress. She and Persuader were the only two of the Fatal Five worth anything.
She gave my Polaris a vacation when it came to Nova Blasting. I have Persuader in a box waiting to be played again...might bust him out next time we do golden age. The only other member I've used was Validus...he was umm...decent..
I guess this is why I got ignored last night. Maybe I haven't played enough to be bored with green lantern yet.
Sorry I was unable to comment, Killer.
As it is, while I have the GL FF figures and all the GF versions, I've played only a few of them and not on an all-GLC team --- at least, not yet. Last night at one of the venues where I play, we suddenly picked up some new/returning players. The fact that there were no prizes or giveaways to draw them is a pretty good litmus test, I think, for their interest in possibly joining us as regulars.
Anyway, since these new guys are limited with what kind of figures they have, there's no special scenario planned for next week. Also, I don't think it would be welcoming or encouraging of me to field a killer team, anyway.
So...I think it will be a golden opportunity to field a nice, friendly GL team and have some fun with it. I'll let you know how it works (or doesn't).

Since the moment after I pulled it, I've considered the Frog of Thunder my favorite sculpt, followed by Lamppost Batman, Unleashed KC Superman and Collateral Damage Dr. Mid-Nite.
But I also love 'em as figures to play.
Meanwhile, I don't play Legacy Red Robin, yet I keep holding on to him STRICTLY because of the sculpt.
Tim Burton was right: "A square jaw does not a Batman make." Steve Buscemi as the next Batman! Luke Perry as Joker! Let's make it happen!
I've not seen the sculpt in person, but Molly Hayes looks terrible in picks. Reminds me of Madam Melty-Face Psylocke in Xplosion. Only Psylocke was worse.
Man, Legacy was the best DC set ever. I miss it. [/nostalgia]
I still remember buying 6 boosters and pulling a Steel and KC FLash...then going to the back to a place that sold singles and grabbing a KC Green Lantern for 20 bucks...just wanted a few others and I was set.

I remember Umar being grotesque as well...unless she really looked like that in the comics.
I understand, but you missed the entire point of my post.
Ignoring wrestling posts on a clix site seems a little more normal than ignoring clix posts on a clix site. No one says you have comment. You just said that people posting about clix was the same as posting about wrestling. Given the nature of the site, I would say they are very different.
I was just talking (or not) about that one aspect of Clix. I ignore teambuilding/strategy talk in the same way that I ignore wrestling talk. But I think I get where you're coming from.
Sculpts: I came home from today's ride and found a new package for me. It contained Surtur! (Yes, I'm late to THAT party as well.) Now, there's a cool sculpt. I also really like Iron Man and Power Fist. It took me forever to get those guys and I don't think I've ever used them.

Imagine Molly. Now imagine Molly standing next to Avengers 001 aka Captain Potato Head.
Doesn't Molly look pretty now? As for the guy she's standing next to...
