Well, they did use the uncommon Spider-Man sculpt and the rare Wolverine sculpt for LE's in WoS. However, those two are more the exceptions than the rule, so your guesses sound pretty good to me.

I was already told of Wolverine, I forgot about him. technically the Spidey Sculpt was a common sculpt which was repainted 2 times in the main set

Although the wall remained the same, the actual Spidey figure has a separate sculpt, and we got the uncommon Spidey sculpt for the LE.

So I'm guessing the 75th anniversary really isn't celebrating the first twenty some years of villainy.

So this 74 figure set brings in terms of non-Green Lantern-related, new-non-reprinted villains to Heroclix... just Ocean Master?

For the record... I'm not counting Ragdoll as a true villain.

More villains would have been nice. I think they could have looked at the number of pieces devoted to silver age JLA and cut that in half. That could have made some room for more villains.

I wouldn't say "just" Ocean Master. To finally get him after all these years is an accomplishment.

But yeah, bad guys like Wizard, Brain Wave, Killer Moth, classic Weather Wizard, and the Composite Superman would always be welcome.
