If Rokk is going to stick with the LSV for next season, Mordru is the better choice because there's a 100+ point gain when he upgrades to Crisis Mordru. He can then cash out Mordru and use those points to open up a lot more draft options. Upgrading LL doesn't get you nearly as much in points.
Yes, in the end he'll have a point gain for next season.
But in the meantime his current team will suffer.
I guess it comes down to priorities really, I'd prefer to win the season I'm currently playing then bank for the next one.
I was actually toying with seeing - if the figures become available - going for the Servants of Darkness from the "Great Darkness Saga".
(Next season I mean.)
Upgrading Mordru to his Crisis version will still be helpful in that case. You'll cash out your team with a big increase in points, which in turn, opens up more draft options.

Rokk in terms of team feats, I'm thinking the following:
And Stay Down!
Skullduggery
Nanoarmor
Passenger
With the different team variations you can create you want something twelve points or under.
Agreed on the points for the feat . It seems my builds average about 12 points under the 300 cap.
(I've also sadly come to realize that to fit in Mano anywhere requires playing severely underpointed as it currently stands so if I want to upgrade him I have to handicap initially)
Unfortunately if it requires 3 individuals to qualify for a Feat than I'm not eligable for Skullduggery, And Stay Down! or Passenger - it's a case each time of "only 2 qualify".
Nanoarmour - based on the rules thread - I don't qualify for at all as none of my individuals are robotic/armour types (unless you push it and count Persuader).
"Nobody important? That's amazing. You know, in 900 years of traveling time and space I've never met someone who wasn't important."

However, you instantly get access to that cheap U from Infinity Challenge. He's not great, but 9AV 10 Range RCE isn't bad for under 40. Just don't push him! ;-)

2 might be enough if it's themey. Theme > 3 on the team rule.
