can u attack an opposing character twice in one turn? (with two different characters)

ex. Green Arrow (mine) attacks Thor (opponent's)
Hawkeye (mine) attacks the same Thor

I need answers.. (especially coming from judges because my friend believes that it's not allowed) Thanks a lot.

Yes you can-the only proabition is you character attacking one target twice (except with Flurry) or your guy attacking two targets (or more-again evcept for multipul targeting at range {two or three lightning bolts next to range}) Every member of your team could attack the same opponant if you have the range/contact and enough actions
