Can characters ingnore the KC power if they are TK'ed in???

Yep, the KC TA only functions against a figure who attempts to move into adjacency via their own power. If they are TK'ed, Force Blasted next to, knocked back next to, or carried and set down next to a KC figure, they don't have to roll.

A figure that is TKed has not been given an action, the TKer has, so no roll is required. Similarly, a character that is carried is not given an action, the carrying character is given the action. In either case, no roll is required.

Yes, if a KC member bases another KC member the roll is not made, because they are immune to their own team ability.

You are correct again. KC TA members ignore other KC TA members (including those wildcarding the KC TA, for what that's worth).
