Can you use range combat expert or perplex when targeting multiple targets?

RCE = no

Perplex = yes

you can use preplex but not range combat expert. How it works though you target all the figs that you want then after seeing what ones you have hit or not you can divide it up. Example Hawkeye targests figures a,b, and c and has hes damage preplexed from three to a four you roll your dice you roll and hit all your targets you could divie up your damage 1,3,0 or 2,2,0 or 1,1,2 ect
