Unique Bystanders?

I was wondering if Bystander tokens are unique? Meaning if they're limited to one per team?

I understand if you could have only one MJ, Alicia Masters or Alfred, but can one use multiple Security Guards? Are the rules going to cover the ones to be released in Mutant Mayhem?

None of them are unique. You can have 50 Alicia Masters bystander tokens on your team if you want.
