No it doesn't. Charge and Exploit Weakness are both Power Actions, and you can't combine a Power Action to activate two powers. What makes Magog good is that he can Charge in, do damage, and then next turn totally kill them.

Not according to the PAC that came with my Universe starter set.
Here's what it says for Exploit Weakness.
Lt. Green
EXPLOIT WEAKNESS (optional): Give this character a close combat action. Damage from this attack cannot be reduced by any power that reduces damage dealt.
Here's what it says for Charge.
CHARGE (optional): Give this character a power action. Move this character up to half its speed value and then make one close combat action as a free action. While this power is showing on its dial, this character is not affected by Force Blast and ignores knockback.
Seems pretty clear to me. Because Charge allows you to make a Close Combat Action as free action, and Exploit Weakness is a Close Combat Action according to the rules, it can be used with Charge.
Well hypersonic allows you to make a free ranged/close combat attack-not ranged/close combat action. It screws the Big Red Cheese to make charge somewhat useful.
Eh . . .
I have no sekrets, I just am.

Charge and Exploit Weakness Works because you move then perform a Close combat action. HSS and Exploit weakness will not work because you move and perform a free attack action (not close combat action).
So yes Magog can charge with the soda machine and blast through impervious for 8 damage, and anyone who says different is wrong.
Yeah kind of a related Q: Doesn't the damage added by super strength to a close attack factor in with the rule of three and you can only increase damage by one more?

Rule of three says you can only modify a combat value on a dial (attack, defense, range, damage, and speed) by three in one turn.
Objects add to damage dealt which is different from damage value.
So you can perplex damage up 3, use a heavy object and score a critical hit and deal +6 damage to a figure.

Or use the soda machine and deal +7 with a critical hit. I just realized that even with the rule of three Ultimates Hulk can do 13 damage.
6 damage at one point on his dial, perplex up to nine, use soda machine, which at three to damage dealt (damage dealt doesn't count toward rule of three, roll critical hit for thirteen. Or better yet same scenario, knock non-flyer off building do 15 damage legally.
Technically, you can only perplex damage twice when using the soda machine because it adds 1 to the attackers damage, not damage dealt.
