ok, i've got a really funny story. at the comic book shop i play at be arn't competitive at all. most people use theme teams, and we make up wacky scenarios.

a few weeks ago we decided to do a 6 way free for all (300 pts) on 2 connected outdoor maps. in the center were 6 rookie ultimates pieces you could "capture"

(if you touched them they become yours, and if you can run them your starting place before they die, they become a member of your team).

a few days before this i had got a unique professor x and wanted to try him out. so i decided to play the crip team.

well i started in a corner with a new kid to my left and a U silver surfer team right next to a U darksied team across from me. as soon as the game started i rolled leadership 4 times to get it, and wheeled them all up a ladder to take a building.

now i know what you're saying, where's your medic? so here's what i did. i imd controlled the new kid's paramedic he left in his starting area, broke away from whoever was standing next to it, had it run to wards me, mind controlled it with another one and had it get to the other side of the building with the ladder, mind controlled it with one on top of the ladder to walk up there, and with my 4 th leadership action, moved the other one next to the third prof x to block the only exit.

he tried to roll break away every time and on the third try when he actually got it, he realized there was no way down.

this whole time my other 2 prof x's were just having people move to wards each other. if there was a lone piece like a moloid i'd mind control the silver surfer (who killed that darksied) right over to it.

and once and energy explosion hurt my U prof. x, so what'd i do? mind control his medic and have her heal me! it was great.

of course i didn't win the game, only one of my pieces could do 1 damage, but i'm pretty sure i won fellowship.

does anyone else have any really funny teams they used or saw anyone use?

does a 500 moloid and Thug team Count on a number one victory with only loosing 3 figs :S
it was a 4 way so they hid until the end and pickd them up with Crt hits into walls and off Buildings

...sure

shoulda put a daredevil on that team
