go with the vet. one more target and wildcard it with an ultimate. That way you're dealing with the damage reducers and the stealthers.

Or wildcard her with numerous other useful abilities (Mystics, Batman, Syndicate)

le version might be the very best of the bunch. The wildcard is nice for the points, though the third arrow might not always come into play.

Personally, i like the new Black Queen U for RS with PB better than all the daggers.
Longer range (and movement), but only one target.

HOWEVER. since black queen flies, she can always use PB, even if based.
