getting confused.

what powers ignore damage reducing powers?

i.e., mastermind to someone with impervious...does the IMP character take damage?

what about EE?

what about poison? does poison affect those with damage reducing powers?

Impervious, Invulnerability, and Toughness reduce damage dealt. Mastermind deals damage to the adjacent lackey (character of fewer points). Yes, damage reducing powers still work when damage is "masterminded" to them.
The same goes for EE. Damage reducing powers reduce the damage dealt from EE, even if the character is not the original target.
Currently, all damage reducing powers reduce the damage dealt from Poison to zero.

Pulsewave is one the only three that I can think of (the others being Psychic Blast and Exploit Weakness)

1) Psychic Blast
2) Exploit Weakness
3) Pulse Wave
4) Pushing damage of any kind
5) Mystics TA retaliation
6) "Feedback" damage from Mind Control
7) Critical miss damage
8) X-Men/Titans damage exchange

That's all that comes to mind.
