Can a figure with mastermind divide the damage between multiple figures as long as they are 1)friendly 2) adjacent and 3) fewer points. Or is it only to one target figure?

Also can I split the damage between the target figure and the figure with mastermind?

No, you cannot divide mastermind damage in anyway. It's all done to one figure.
