is TK line of sight for the TKer or the TKed? if hulk is in front of blink, can hulk be TKed straight ahead by blink?

It is the character using Telekinesis that requires the line of fire. The character that this character is TKing does not block LoF once the TK action is happening. Please also note that the character being TKed is moved up to 10 squares from where it was, not necessarily from the TKer.

so the TKed character DOES NOT block line of fire for TKer? this came up last night and i was told that it did. so in scenario mentioned, Blink can TK hulk who is right in front of her up to 10 spaces from where HE is at?
